Zeinab Nour
Zeinab Nour is a multidisciplinary visual artist, researcher & professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University, Cairo. From 1994 to 2025, Zeinab has presented 11 Solo exhibitions in painting, mural painting and photography in Cairo, Alexandria and Paris; she has also taken part in 75 collective exhibitions in Egypt and worldwide. She has published widely on contemporary art and related social studies as a contributor to peer-reviewed journals and in collective books.
During the last 7 years, she had numerous academic activities in France; in 2021, she has been invited as a professor to Orleans University. In 2019, she was invited as a researcher and keynote speaker in "Les Voix d'Orléans" conference. In 2016, she was a visiting professor for 6 months at the "Ecole Supérieure d'Arts/Dunkerque", where she has received the CE2A: (Teaching certificate in art school/France). In 2025, she was invited as a speaker to the Anna Lindh Foundation Forum in Albania.

EDUCATION

June 2020: Academic title "professorship in mural painting in Fine Arts". Helwan University - Cairo- Egypt.

June 2016 : CE2A :(Certificat d'Enseignement en Ecole d'art/France). (BAC+6) Post-Master.

January 2007 : Doctorate in Philosophy of Fine Arts (PhD). Faculty of Fine Arts - Helwan University- Cairo – Egypt.

September 2001 : Master of Fine Arts (MFA). Faculty of Fine Arts - Alexandria University - Alexandria – Egypt.
