yashwant Singh Rawal
I am currently working with Parul University Gujarat as an Associate Professor in the Department of Hotel Management and catering technology. I have 15 years of experience in both industry and academics. He has worked with Oberoi Group of Hotels, Carnival Cruise Line USA, Pacific University, and Amity University Rajasthan. His Doctoral Research work was in the area of Staff Turnover Intention in the Hotel industry. I published more than 64 research papers and 3 books in top indexing like Scopus, web of Science, and ABDC in the fields of Hospitality, Tourism, and Management. My three research papers have been indexed in WHO Global Research on Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and presented more than 30 papers at International and National conferences. I graced several National and International Conferences as a Keynote Speaker and Session Chair. He was awarded the Best Role Model Teacher at the National level in 2019, and the High Work Engagement Award four times at the university level i
