    As IoT-based technologies have advanced, the modern agriculture sector has grown more data-driven, precise, and intelligent. Agricultural monitoring and yield prediction are key components of smart agriculture, which aims to increase agricultural yields while decreasing irrigation losses and improving profitability. Drones, smart tractors, sensors, and hydroponic farming all work together to make efficient, largescale farming a reality. In support of this, they offer an AI-based method that improves predictive accuracy by using sophisticated preprocessing procedures such as data cleansing, normalization, scaling, feature selection, and augmentation. They created NNs, DNNs, and a hybrid approach that combines the two, using FCM clustering and DNN. A first approach used labeled datasets to train NN and DNN, and a second used FCM to cluster unlabeled datasets before feeding them into DNN to create an FC-DN model. The FC-DN outperformed the baseline models, achieving an accuracy of 96.53%, according to the results. This proves that smart agriculture's crop monitoring and yield prediction are greatly improved when hybrid AI models are used, leading to better decisions and more productivity.
