    Journal of Environmental Nanotechnology, 2026
The excessive or uncontrolled addition of synthetic and natural antioxidants in edible oils raises increasing food safety concerns and necessitates rapid and sensitive detection techniques. In this study, a surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) platform integrated with machine learning algorithms was developed for the detection and discrimination of sesamol (SM), octyl gallate (OG), and ferulic acid (FA) in soybean oil. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) with an average size of 15–20 nm were synthesized using a citrate reduction method and employed as SERS substrates. The synthesized AgNPs exhibited a strong surface plasmon resonance peak at 528 nm, a high enhancement factor of 4.4 × 10⁵, and good reproducibility, with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 8.17%. Quantitative analysis showed a strong linear relationship between SERS peak intensity and antioxidant concentration in the range of 50–400 mg/kg, with correlation coefficients of 0.9383 (SM), 0.9761 (OG), and 0.9607 (FA). The limits of detection were 9.711 mg/kg for SM, 8.107 mg/kg for OG, and 7.345 mg/kg for FA. To further enhance identification accuracy, several supervised machine learning models, including support vector machine (SVM), random forest (RF), and k-nearest neighbors (KNN), were applied to classify SERS spectral data. Among these models, SVM achieved the best classification performance with an accuracy of 97.11%, while over-limit detection at 200 mg/kg showed an overall accuracy greater than 93%, including 100% prediction accuracy for FA and SM samples. The integration of SERS with machine learning provides a rapid, sensitive, and reliable analytical strategy for food safety monitoring and quality control of antioxidants in edible oils, demonstrating strong potential for real-time regulatory screening applications.

Internet of things (IoT) is an inventive technology which permit the association of physical things by means of the digital world throughout the use of heterogeneous networks and communication technologies. Ad-hoc routing protocols may be dispersed and involve every node in route discovery process by making routing data more reliable. Mobile-Adhoc-Networks (MANETs) consist of many portable nodes that can commune directly with each other or through intermediate nodes. Repeatedly, nodes in a MANETs operate with batteries and can roam freely, and thus, a node may exhaust its energy or move away without providing any notice to its cooperative nodes. IoT system using a combination of MANET, a route consists of numerous links in sequence, and so, its lifetime is based on the lifetime of every node and also the wireless links among adjacent nodes. In this research work Fuzzified Particle Swarm Optimization oriented Routing (FPSOR) algorithm is planned to minimize data loss and computational overhead, which in turn maximizes the lifetime of MANETs. Particle Swarm Optimization oriented Routing protocol (PSOR) have taken energy competence as significant criterion for processing routing and driving optimized path for the data accelerating and processing to the source node. The PSOR produces a fresh route for routing by considering fitness value of energy to evaluate diverse path and to choose best-optimized path whose energy consumption is less as compared to ant colony optimization routing paths. This algorithm utilizes a good approach focusing energy levels/status of the nodes through fuzzification and the lengths of the routed ways. NS2 simulator is casted for performance evaluation.

This paper investigates the difficult of beam policy in a multi-user peer-to-peer web linkage setting as part of our research. Using a network simulator, the dynamic particle swarm optimization is suggested for this. The challenge is to limit the maximum power consumption per relay, according to minimal Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) guarantees, after a complete Channel State Information (CSI) is established. It has been established that the non-convex problem satisfies a potent duality. The twofold problem with the highest polynomial complexity was given as Semi Definite Programming (SDP). On the basis of the standards of the optimal dual variables, we looked at the best beam forming vectors for the initial problems in 3 different scenarios. This demonstrated whether the minimum Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) prerequisite for each S-D pair has been met as well as whether a relay's electricity consumption varies among relays.

The traditional load balancing some disadvantages are (1) reduction in the wait times, (2) Storing encrypted data in a location is difficult. To solve this issues proposed work introduced a Deep Load Balancer (DLB) use of cloud load balancing for storing the Internet of Things (IoT). The work analyzed the drawbacks of traditional load balancing algorithms and proposes the use of DLB as an improved approach for balancing the load of IoT devices in a cloud environment. Proposed DLB strategy is the process of following steps are (i) normalizing and standardizing the attributes of the resources that are being managed. This step involves (ii) Allocating and optimizing constrained resources using a DLB. (iii) Succeeding in minimizing delay. The advantages of DLB for IoT storage are scalability, cost efficiency, and security is effectively discussed. Finally, DLB approach is which leverages the large amounts of data generated by IoT devices. Furthermore, a deep learning model is proposed for predicting the load balancing efficiency of DLB in a cloud environment. Finally, the experimental results are analyzed and the implications of the proposed approach are clearly discussed. The performance evaluation metrics are Response Time (RT), Makespan (MS), Associated Overhead (AO) and Migration Time (MT) of the proposed work DLB compared with existing techniques are TA, ESCE and TA + ESCE. The results demonstrated that DLB is a promising technique for cloud load balancing of IoT devices.

International Conference on Sustainable Communication Networks and Application Icscna 2023 Proceedings, 2023
Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) play a pivotal role in preventing computer networks from an ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity threats. As cyberattacks become increasingly sophisticated and diversified, the need for robust and adaptable intrusion detection models has never been more critical. This study explores the application of Deep Neural Networks (DNNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) in the context of intrusion detection, particularly in addressing emerging cybersecurity challenges. The performance of deep learning (DL)-based IDSs is highly dependent on the dataset used and no benchmark models for intrusion detection have been found. In this work, a recent dataset CIC-DDoS-2019 is used for the detection of DDOS (distributed deny of services). This work underscores the importance of adopting DL techniques, including DNNs, CNNs, and RNNs, for intrusion detection in the face of emerging cybersecurity challenges. It highlights the potential of these neural network architectures to enhance network security, adapt to evolving threats, and mitigate the risks posed by modern cyber adversaries. Moreover, it encourages further research and development in this field to stay ahead of the ever-changing cybersecurity landscape.
