Holds a degree in Biological Sciences (Teaching and Bachelor’s degrees). She obtained a Master’s degree in Biotechnology in Regenerative Medicine and Medicinal Chemistry (CAPES scholarship holder) and is currently a PhD candidate in Biotechnology (FAPESP scholarship holder). Her work focuses on biomaterials and biotechnology applied to health, with an emphasis on nanotechnology, developing nanoparticle-based delivery systems for natural compounds with different properties. She has experience with physico-chemical characterisation techniques and equipment for materials, as well as knowledge of software for scientific data analysis. She has an interdisciplinary background, with complementary knowledge in chemistry, microbiology and biology. She has participated in university outreach projects aimed at integrating schools and universities, contributing to scientific education initiatives.
