Role of Digital Infrastructure, Block Chain and Computational Approaches Towards Sustainable Business Performance Sudha S 4th International Conference on Applied Artificial Intelligence and Computing Icaaic 2025, 2025 The aim of the research is to investigate the influence of Digital Infrastructure, Automation and Blockchain Technology, and Computational Approaches on Sustainable Business Performance. The study was examined through structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and was given to employees across sectors such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, energy, and information technology. Various statistical techniques like ANOVA, Chi-square, Correlation, and Regression analyses are used to have depth insights of the research. The findings reveal that there is a strong relationship among technological enablers and sustainable business performance. The study concludes that technological integration is crucial for improving efficiency, innovation, and long-term business sustainability. Future research should focus on expanding the model with additional variables and longitudinal analysis to deepen the understanding of sustainable business excellence.
Digital Sustainability in Business Models: Role of Digital Enablers and Smart Technology Sudha S, Anitha Kumari D, Perumal 2025 4th International Conference on Smart Technologies and Systems for Next Generation Computing Icstsn 2025, 2025 As responsible business practices gain momentum, business models subsequently have evolved into a mechanism in which value is generated, long-term viability is ensured, and environmental responsibilities are considered. Today's organizations must navigate the complex interactions that are at the crossroads of environmental responsibilities, digital transformation, and the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals. This study investigates the processes of digital enablers (smart automation and data-driven decisions) assisted by digital resources ie smart technology (IoT) toward building economically digital sustainable business models. The study further explores the moderating effects of managerial capacity, which facilitate a stronger link between digital enablers, the Internet of Things (IoT), and sustainable outcomes. Using survey data collected from 250 professionals, the analysis employs regression models to explore relationships between digital enablers, IoT, and sustainable business outcomes. Findings reveal that IoT resources and managerial capacity are two of the most significant and consistent digital resource and moderating variable of economic sustainability. However, under varying organizational capacities, smart automation and data- driven decisions are contingent. Implications for theory related to the emerging digital sustainability aspects in business model development are discussed, along with practical strategies for organizations to leverage digital ecosystems to meet and ensure long-term viability.
Graph Neural Networks for Predicting Urban Traffic Congestion in Smart Cities B.Mahalakshmi, P N Shiammala, Gowtham M, R.Bagavathi Lakshmi, A.Angel Cerli, S. Sudha Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Smart Electronics and Communication Icosec 2025, 2025 Urban traffic congestion is a serious issue for all smart cities in terms of sustainability and efficiency. Existing traffic prediction models do not properly account for the spatial and temporal dependencies in roads within the urban road network. This paper proposes a new methodology for modeling urban traffic congestion using a graph neural network (GNN) to design the road network as a defined dynamic graph, with the addition of multi-view traffic data (i.e. speed, volume, and occupancy), temporal sequences, and external contextual factors such as weather conditions and public events. Enhanced GNN architecture is utilized with attention and hierarchical graph pooling to learn local and universal traffic patterns. The model is validated and evaluated on a dataset collected over six months for a medium smart city, alongside three baseline models (LSTM, Xgboost and Static GCN). The proposed GNN model outperformed the three baseline models RMSE is 3.42 km/h MAE is 2.78, and -2 R2 score 0.915 with a F1 score of 0.89 in congested hours classification. The results of the proposed methodology confirm the suitability of spatial-temporal graph learning approaches for traffic forecasting methods. To conclude, this methodology demonstrates a strong scalable approach to computing predictive traffic models as part of critical smart city infrastructure.
AI-Driven MBA Programs for Personalized Learning and Skill Development for Future Business Leaders Anitha Kumari D, Sudha S, Gowtham M, Divya R, Bala Thirupura Sundari K S, Vardhini V 2025 International Conference on Automation and Computation Autocom 2025, 2025 The possibility of including federal education (FL) into the master's degree in business administration programs is investigated in this paper in order to improve the personal learning and skills of forthcoming business leaders. The current educational system finds it difficult to adapt the traditional Master of Business Administration program to fit the demands of the corporate environment. Federated learning is based on the theory that one could distribute training models without a central database. One can provide this capacity using a technique of machine learning. This study intends to close a gap in the present Master of Business Administration curriculum by means of a fresh approach leveraging public education. This study seeks to identify how this method might be used to customise learning resources so that they satisfy the specific needs of every student while maintaining anonymity and security. This paper intends to understand the effects of FL-oriented self-learning on cognition and well-being by means of a mixed-method research comprising qualitative and quantitative data respectively. The results of the experiment will provide interesting information on the practicability and benefits of using state education under the Master of Business Administration degree. This study is supposed to be the foundation for significant changes in business education, hence ensuring that future business leaders have the tools needed to succeed in a professional transition.
Optimizing Supply Chain Management Using Ensemble Learning-Based Predictive Analytics Sudha S, C. Natarajan, Meenakshi K, A. Saravanan, Sudeshna Seal, Sangeetha S Proceedings of the 2025 3rd International Conference on Advances in Computation Communication and Information Technology Icaiccit 2025, 2025 Supply Chain Management (SCM) is particularly crucial for making customers happier, lowering costs, and making operations function more smoothly. Three areas where traditional supply chain management systems generally don't meet expectations are demand forecasting, supplier reliability, and inventory control. We need plans that are based on facts and are up to date in order to fix these issues. This paper talks about a methodology for making smart decisions in supply chain management (SCM) that is based on ensemble learning. The goal is to make predictions more accurate and the system better at dealing with difficulties. There are a variety of different machine learning methods used in this model. The suggested solution combines XGBoost, Gradient Boosting Machines (GBM), and Random Forest (RF) using a weighted voting system. The idea is to get better at keeping track of stock and figuring out how much of a product will be needed. When you employ real-world SCM datasets from Kaggle in experimental simulations, the ensemble model is more accurate and can be used in more situations than single models. When you compare it to models built by hand, this is true. Compared to only using models, the suggested strategy made all projections 12 % more accurate. It also reduced down on stock-outs and overstock incidents by 18 % and made all forecasts more accurate.
