Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi Karnataka. He has a MBA Degree in
HRM, and has qualified in UGC NET. He ialso a certified trainer from NSDC and Skill India.
BOSCH certified trainer for Nation Building, Certified HR Data Analyst. His areas of Interests
are Human Resources Management, Psychology, Training & Development, Tiger Conservation,
Outbound training and Wildlife Management; He has conducted many training programs and
offered consultancy programs to organizations like Gold’s Gym, SULA Wines, and has been
“Awarded as “ Best Management Researcher” in HR stream and has Secured best research
