I am currently working as a Head & Assistant Professor in a Private college at Chennai. Over 14 years of teaching experience at the College level & 5 years of teaching experience at the school level in the field of Commerce. My greatest strength is my ability to connect with students on their level. The joy I felt from facilitating the growth and development of the students is my passion. Although I’ll continue to hone my teaching skills as I work in the classroom, I believe that my enthusiasm, positive attitude, and hands-on experience working with students will make me an excellent educator. I can help to shape young minds and make a difference in this Corporate World.

    The Artificial Intelligence is integrated into Business Intelligence systems, thereby indicating that organisations start to change the way they handle the financial planning and human capital management. AI based BI tools entail the use of superior analytics, machine learning and predictive models to give a clear insight that assists in making improved decisions both in HR and in finances. By evaluating large amounts of structured and unstructured data, AI will help the HR teams in workforce planning, recruiting, employee turnover forecasting, and skill shortage establishment. In the meantime, AI improves financial planning by offering a realtime data analysis, risk analysis, budgetary forecast, cost control, and scenario planning. This is an integration that makes a healthy picture of the wellbeing of an organisation as the outcome of the financial performance is linked to the performance and employee engagement. Artificial intelligence-based BI systems can also assist in the proactive planning process and enable the leaders to recognize financial risks and staffing requirements before they become severe matters. It leads to higher resilience, flexibility and everyday operations of companies in dynamic business environment. Smart automation and evidence-based decision can be applied to help in the growth and competitiveness over the long-term, as it is presented in the abstract.

    Although public-private partnerships continue to gain popularity in infrastructure provision, the application of the strategy in housing delivery is bedevilled with many challenges particularly in the context of developing countries like Nigeria. This article aims to offer solutions to the challenges of PPP for housing delivery in Nigeria. Using a case study approach, the article investigated the challenges of PPP housing project in the federal capital territory [FCT] Abuja, Nigeria. The study found that “lack of transparency in the procurement process”, “inappropriate risk allocation”, “poor administrative machinery”, “corruption”, and incompetent private sector” are the major challenges that militate against successful housing delivery through public-private partnership in Nigeria. In conclusion, the paper outlined solutions for coping with the challenges of PPP for housing delivery in Nigeria.
