Abasova Samira Huseyn qizi

I was born in 1963. I finished Donetsk State university with Honour Diploma on speciality-Management. I have graduated Nottingham Trent university in 1997 with Advanced Diploma on speciality-Public Administration and Management. I submitted my PhD thesis in 2001. I am associate professor since 2011. I am also DSc in economic of International United Academy of Science (Russian Federation) since 2018. I am the member of Euroasia universities' Association, G-Global Development Community. I was the member of Expert council of Innovation centre under Presidium of Azerbaijan national academy of sciences (2007-2015) and member of Scientific council of Economy institute of Azerbaijan national academy of sciences (2008-2014). I was awarded the gold medal of the best patriot scientist by "Europe" publishing house in 2017. I am author more than 250 scientific articles, education programmes, 3 monograph and 5 collective monograph.
