Emotional intelligence in the digital workplace key to enhancing retention & reducing resignations: A literature review Rinki Mishra, Ankita Tewari Intersecting Natural Language Processing and Fintech Innovations in Service Marketing, 2025 The digital workplace has transformed organizational dynamics, posing new challenges for employee retention and resignation management. Emotional intelligence (EI) has emerged as a critical factor in addressing these challenges, particularly in remote and hybrid work environments. This literature review explores the role of EI in enhancing employee retention and reducing resignation rates. Secondary data highlights that EI competencies, such as empathy, adaptability, and self-regulation, foster resilience, job satisfaction, and effective communication, mitigating the adverse effects of digital fatigue and isolation. Leaders with high EI create supportive environments that improve engagement and loyalty, further reducing turnover intentions. The review also examines the impact of EI training programs, which have demonstrated measurable success in improving retention metrics. By integrating EI-focused strategies into organizational practices, businesses can navigate the complexities of the digital era, ensuring sustainable workforce stability and organizational success.
A literature review on the impact of AI-enhanced HRIS on employee retention and engagement Rinki Mishra, Dushyant Jadeja Intersecting Natural Language Processing and Fintech Innovations in Service Marketing, 2025 Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), enhancing how organizations manage employee retention and engagement. This review explores AI-driven advancements such as predictive analytics for turnover trends, chatbots for employee support, and AI-based performance management tools. These innovations improve HR efficiency, decision-making, and personalized employee experiences while enabling proactive interventions for at-risk employees. However, challenges arise from ethical concerns like data privacy, algorithmic bias, and high technology investment demands. The review emphasizes that successful implementation of AI-enhanced HRIS requires strategic planning, governance, and a strong focus on ethics. Organizations that integrate AI thoughtfully can foster a more engaged and loyal workforce, gaining a competitive edge. Future research should examine AI's long-term effects on workplace culture and develop strategies to mitigate risks while optimizing its potential.

Big Data Statistics: Methods, Gaps, And Prospects For Supply-Chain Managing Rinki Mishra, Vishal Sharma, Vaibhav Uniyal, B Ravindar, Hayder Al-Chilibi, Malik Bader Alazzam 2023 3rd International Conference on Advance Computing and Innovative Technologies in Engineering Icacite 2023, 2023 Big Data Analytics (BDA) in supply-chain management (SCM). This is because BDA may be used for a variety of SCM tasks, such as customer behavior assessment, market analysis, and forecasting. To provide a categorization of these implementations, pinpoint the gaps, as well as provide recommendations for further study, we look into the predicting BDA applications in supplier load forecasting in this assessment. Time-series forecasts, sorting, KNN, artificial neural, multiple regressions, svms, and regressors are just some of the techniques we categorise along with their uses in logistics management. This assessment also suggests research directions for the future by highlighting the paucity of published literature on BDA uses for sales forecasts with in context of shuttered supply chains.
Management and Access Control Framework for Open Banking Eco System by using Block Chain Technology G.S. Jayesh, Gurpreet Singh, Rinki Mishra, Bajarang Prasad Mishra 6th International Conference on Electronics Communication and Aerospace Technology Iceca 2022 Proceedings, 2022 Open banking is a new data-sharing paradigm that may help new firms get rapid loan approvals and higher investment returns. Most clients are hesitant to embrace open banking because they fear sharing data with third-party suppliers. This research work has presented a blockchain-based self-sovereign identification system architecture for open banking. The proposed architecture offers a secure communication network between users and third-party service providers and let individuals manage their identities and data. Comparing the BBM model to current work shows and analyses its advantages.
