In the field of learning and development, I have conducted the following training Programs for various companies and have trained more than 3000 employees from G1 grade to general managers level for both public and private sectors. A special mention on the conduction
of Leadership Development Programs for Confederation of Indian Industry – Puducherry Chapter from 2011 to July 2023.
Role and responsibilities:
 Assess/conduct Training Need Analysis through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with managers/coordinators of the program. Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
 Investigate the right training materials from a variety of sources. Scheduling classes and delivering training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
 Conduct an evaluation of the training programs. I help to create and deliver leadership and behavioral science training programs for businesses and organizations and develop custom training programs that take place in classrooms or training facilities.

 Worked as Research and Training Assistant for One and half years under Dr. Narendra M Agrawal, Leadership and Human Resource Management, Chairperson, Center for Software and IT Management, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore – 560076.
 Regular evaluator on VIVA for PGDM, Mphil and PhD students in organizations like NIPM, Bharadhiyar University and Christ University.
 Submitted Major Research Project Proposal to UGC – Delhi on “Social Entrepreneurship” on 30.10.2013.
 Submitted Minor Research Project Proposal to UGC – CDC –Bangalore on “Cloud Computing-Data Protection and security in PCMM” on 12.12.2013.
 Key player to coordinate and receive one lakh sixty five thousand rupees as fund for IQAC cell by conducting regular Quality Improvement Programmes(QIP) for Jyoti Nivas College.
 Have been great instrument in coordinating international and national conferences and symposiums. Being Convener, have received grant of from SIDBI and from NABARD for the National conference coordinated by me on 18th March 2017 for Silicon city College.
