E-DCNN: Ensemble-Based Deep CNN Model for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) Classifier Using Microscopic Blood Smear Images Mahmoud Saed Alkhouli, Hiren Joshi Journal of Multiscale Modelling, 2026 A malignant disease called acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is exemplified by an anomalous build-up of immature cells in the blood. Early disease detection is closely correlated with effective ALL treatment. The manual examination of stained blood smear microscopy pictures used in current practice in diagnosing ALL is overwhelming in time usage and prone to error. Recently, a potent tool for aiding doctors in making medical decisions has emerged: Artificial intelligence-oriented manual-dependent diagnosis. To automatically recognize ALL in blood pictures, various computer-aided diagnostic techniques have been created. To detect ALL in stained blood smear microscopy pictures, a new Ensemble-based Convolutional Neural Network, E-DCNN model based on Bayesian optimization, is presented in this paper. The proposed E-DCNN model with its hyperparametric values is tailored to the imagery input data using the Ensemble-based Deep learning optimization approach to improve classification performance. An amalgam data repository is created by combining two open ALL datasets and is used to train and validate the suggested CNN. Data augmentation is utilized to enhance the hybrid image set and improve categorization performance. On the test set, the ensemble-based classifier-derived ideal CNN model performed better at image-based ALL classification. The results of this investigation show that the suggested E-DCNN is superior to previous optimized deep learning ALL classification methods.

Enhancing Academic Feedback Systems with Deep Learning and Ensemble Methods Hemant S Sharma, Hiren Joshi 1st International Conference on Advances in Computer Science Electrical Electronics and Communication Technologies Ce2ct 2025, 2025 This paper attempts to improve the academic feedback systems via complex deep learning and ensemble methods. Leveraging the NIRF Rankings 2022 dataset that provides radical performance metrics of Indian academic institutions, the project would attempt to develop trustworthy models to monitor and facilitate improvement in the academic feedback system. The techniques used in data preparation prevent missing values, outliers, and categorical data in using advanced machine learning models. In order to construct the model and capture fine-grained patterns linked to academic achievement, 1D Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) along with Multi-Layer Perceptrons (MLPs), both individually and in combination, are employed extrapolated from the National Institutional Ranking Framework to obtain data. Precision, accuracy, recall, along with the F1-score will be used to evaluate these models' performance. By the time these findings are finished, they should be able to provide practical advice on how to improve academic evaluations' effectiveness and advance educational institutions' more flexible feedback systems.

The major technologies, such as IoT and Big Data, have a large impact on Industry 4.0. They affect each and every sector of the economy. The main advantages include advances in productivity, efficiency, flexibility, decision-making process, and quality of goods and services. The challenges include analyzing the data produced and integrating new technology with the staff and equipment that are already in place. Our goal is to summarize the potential and challenges associated with adopting Industry 4.0 in the manufacturing sector.
