LLMs and Human- AI Collaboration in Healthcare and Research Elijah Francis, P Praven, M Venunath, V. Subhashini, Ranganath Kanakam, Pothula Sujatha Innovations and Ethical Dimensions of Large Language Models, 2026 The rapid evolution of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Med-PaLM, and BioGPT is reshaping healthcare by transforming how clinical knowledge is generated and applied. This chapter offers an evidence-based analysis of LLMs through technical, ethical, and theoretical lenses, drawing on STS, TAM, and CDST to explain how human–AI collaboration influences clinical practice and governance. It reviews advancements in LLM architectures, multimodal capabilities, and applications in diagnosis, documentation, and biomedical research. Key risks including bias, hallucination, interpretability gaps, and data insecurity are examined within global regulatory frameworks such as the FDA, EU AI Act, and WHO guidelines. The chapter concludes with a Responsible Innovation Framework for Healthcare LLMs (RIF-H), emphasizing anticipation, reflexivity, inclusion, responsiveness, and sustainability. It argues that the future of healthcare AI lies in augmentation, where intelligent systems enhance human expertise, equity, and empathy.
Multimodal Methods for Improving Natural Language Processing in Low-Resource Languages:Survey Ranganath Kanakam, M.Venunath, Mamidala Sruthi, Vedika Jorika Icrteect 2025 2nd International Conference on Recent Trends in Electrical Electronics and Computing Technologies, 2025 Low Resource Languages are the languages that few people speak and the low-density languages in the world. Usually, more people speak languages such as English, Chinese, Hindi, French, Spanish, etc. Researchers are more comfortable with the above languages. because these languages have annotated data or dataset available online for applying technologies like Voice assistance, Text summarization, Google translation, Auto correction, etc. Data availability provides good training and testing of the model. Most of the NLP applications are developed with high-resource languages only. Despite the advancement of the digital era, few languages have low density. One of the challenges of implementing NLP applications for low-resource languages are not having data, even if parsing tools are not available. This paper addressed a survey on improving NLP in low-resource languages, applications, and challenges.
Transforming Urban Mobility with Integration of Blockchain and Machine Learning Khaja Mannanuddin, Yerram Sneha, Munthu Raju, Velugori Sathish, Ranganath Kanakam 2025 IEEE International Conference on Advances in Computing Research on Science Engineering and Technology Acroset 2025, 2025 Call-In Cab is the most sought-after means of transportation used the commuters in the metropolitan cities of India. Call-In Cab services is generated through an application in on-line mode that helps the commuters and cab drivers to communicate with ease. At times, there is possibility of ride rejection either by the cab driver or commuter depending upon the distance from source location of cab driver to destination which is the origin place of commuter to start travelling. So, the decision of cab driver need to be taken into consideration for the ride request received. The most important aspect in the proposed model is the storage of transaction keeping in view the well-being of the commuter as well the cab-drivers. In our article, we have consider the distance of journey by calculating the length between the starting and ending point of planned trip. These journeys are captured through a google map or Waaze maps and the extracted information data is preserved in blockchain framework and utilized in hyper ledger fabric platform as well analysed by a decision tree and XGBoost model algorithms. The outcomes of this article depicts the characteristics of socio-economic system that brings forth a fruitful utility that minimize the distance, time and raises the level of commuters’ well-being even during the late night hours.
Career Prediction Using Machine Learning and an Automated Job Application Tracker MamidalaSruthi, Srinivas Reddy Goli, Ranganath Kanakam, Dommati Shravani, Sunil Goli, Pranathi Vatte Icrteect 2025 2nd International Conference on Recent Trends in Electrical Electronics and Computing Technologies, 2025 For students, finding the appropriate professional route can be difficult because it has a big impact in shaping their future and offers opportunities for growth. However, students often lack the experience to make this decision on their own, which can lead to difficulties later in life. With the overwhelming amount of information available online, many students base their career choices on the opinions of family and friends, which may not align with their true interests and skills. Our research intends to create a recommendation engine that collects student data, such as their academic achievement, hobbies, and skills, in order to offer tailored job domain recommendations. This system helps guide students in making informed decisions by offering tailored recommendations that better match their individual strengths. We describe why job application tracking systems should be leveraged with job IDs to track progress throughout the application process. Highlights the multiple challenges faced by a job seeker in handling multiple applications and proposed a structured approach to track job applications in an efficient manner.
