    Driving Institutional Excellence Through Accreditation Standards in Higher Education, 2026
    This chapter explores the effect of administrative practices upon students' achievement in schools. It emphasizes four elements: instructional leadership, personnel management, academic administration, and fiscal allocation of resources. Education administration is instrumental in producing better results both through the quality of environments and resources, and indirectly by teacher motivation and student involvement. Analysis of the case studies demonstrates that successful managers embody a clear vision, quality and stakeholder driven improvement. Notwithstanding these challenges, evidence-based recommendations are presented for improving on efficiency and impact. The results emphasize that through the values in efficient administration, crucial systems for success and the removal of obstacles from performance can be created by giving leaders in education practical constructs to produce sustainable improvement in teaching and learning.

Key findings show that strategic administrative frameworks, visionary leadership, and technology-integrated processes improve academic performance, student satisfaction, and institutional reputation. The chapter offers evidence-based advice for higher education administrators seeking strategic administrative interventions to improve academic performance. This extensive examination from many scholarly sources provides practical advice for institutional restructuring and academic growth.
  • Herbal Excipients and Polymers: An Overview

    Applications of Herbal Excipients and Polymers in Wound Healing, 2025
    Complex drug delivery systems and therapeutic applications may use natural chemicals and polymeric materials. Herbal excipients—plant-derived gums, mucilages, resins, and essential oils—are used with bioactive polymers to build multifunctional pharmaceutical platforms in this chapter. Current formulations benefit from anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant, and wound-healing herbal excipients. Film-forming, bioadhesive, and controlled-release natural and synthetic polymers such chitosan, alginate, gelatin, and PVA are useful carriers. Herbal actives and polymers form hydrogels, films, nanofibers, and transdermal systems for wound healing, dermatological treatment, and chronic illness management. This chapter covers herbal excipients and polymers' taxonomy, physicochemical properties, functional roles, and formulation methods. It discusses new research, standardization, scalability, and AI-guided formulation design. Traditional herbal and polymer sciences can inform current biomedicine.

Meanwhile, tremendous advances in automation, AI, the IoT, and robots provide unprecedented prospects to change agriculture. This chapter discusses modern agriculture's major issues and how automation can solve them. The chapter shows how automation might increase farming system efficiency, resource use, and resilience by evaluating worldwide case studies, upcoming technologies, and adoption constraints. It discusses automation's socioeconomic effects and recommends inclusive and sustainable technological integration in agriculture.

It analyzes the influence of rankings on students' academic aspirations and self-esteem, as well as the pressures they place on instructors about career progression and performance.
