I am a highly motivated and versatile Professor, Clinician and Researcher, with experience in
teaching prosthodontics for undergraduate students, instructing/performing advanced dental
procedures, and designing/conducting clinical studies. I obtained my DDS degree in 2014 from the Federal
University of Rio Grande do Norte (Brazil), and I have been practicing operative dentistry and
prosthodontics in a private office (2014 – current) and had experience in a public healthcare program
(from 2014-2015). I obtained my MSc (2017) and Ph.D. (2021) in Dental Clinics / Prosthodontics from
Piracicaba Dental School - University of Campinas and as part of my Ph.D. studies, I had the privilege of
working as a visiting research scholar at the Department of Medical Biotechnologies of the University of
Siena, Italy.
Nowadays, I am teaching Prosthodontics, Dental Clinics, and Orofacial Harmonization for undergraduate and master students in three different universities.
