EDUCATION

Graduated in Physical Education from the University of Mogi das Cruzes - UMC. Graduation interrupted in Nutrition from the University of Mogi das Cruzes, Sao Paulo - SP - Brazil. Specialization in Exercise Physiology Federal University of Sao Paulo. He obtained a Master's and PhD degree in Health Sciences, with an emphasis on Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, assigned to the Biophysics Department at the Center for Research and Molecular Diagnosis of Genetic Diseases at the Federal University of Sao Paulo. Post-doctorate in Immunology at the University of Sao Paulo - USP, and he completed a post-doctorate in the United States, at the University of Florida - UF, in the Integrative Cardiovascular Physiology Laboratory of the Department of Applied Physiology and Kinesiology., linked to the College of Health and Human Performance at the University of Florida - UF. His teaching and research work covers mainly Strength Exercise; Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases and Senescence.
