Dr. Pendyala Stephen
• Associate Professor in Civil Engineering: Currently positioned at Vignan's Institute of Information Technology, serving from April 8, 2026, to the present.
• Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering: Served at RGUKT-Srikakulam from March 26, 2024, through March 31, 2026. During this time, additional responsibilities included acting as the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering (December 2024 to June 2025) and as the Department Placement Nominee.
• Guest Faculty: Taught at Andhra University over a span of six years, from March 12, 2018, to March 22, 2024.

EDUCATION

• Ph.D. in Remote Sensing (2023): Earned from Andhra University. Directed by Prof. S. Adiseshu and Prof. Vazeer Mahammood, the doctoral research was an integrated remote sensing and GIS approach for groundwater aquifer management utilizing pervious concrete surfaces in Visakhapatnam city. Public university and news records indicate the degree was officially conferred by Vice-Chancellor Prof. PVGD Prasad Reddy in January 2024.
• M.Tech. in Remote Sensing (2017): Earned from Andhra University. The thesis explored the determination of surface water infiltration on newly developed pervious concrete surfaces across different soil types using RS and GIS technologies.
• B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (2015): Completed at Sri Chaitanya Engineering College, JNTUK. Served as the lead project coordinator for a case study analyzing the compressive strength of M60 and M80 grades of concrete with micro-silica replacements.
