Optimal Allocations of Multiple Tasks Using Optimization Techniques with Dynamic Load Criterion Avanish Kumar, Anju Khandelwal Boletim Da Sociedade Paranaense De Matematica, 2025 ir Francis Bacon first started Optimization Techniques in 1960. Bacon felt that problem inquiry should consist of Observation and Problem Description, Hypothesis Statement, Model Development & Test and Model Analysis. The allocation of tasks to any system is being done either static or dynamic, while in a static task assignment algorithm, we cannot schedule tasks until we know all task dependency in advance. Here, tasks are small or large or even complex entities that are to be executed on distributed real time system, these may be divided or partitioned into sub tasks or modules for the execution purposes only. The present study is being investigated for the dynamic way of allocation, in which the allocations are being made on the basis of the current system state. Developed method is extended through open source available Rprogramming.
Optimizing Managerial Selection Parameters using AI Approach Anju Khandelwal, Avanish Kumar 2025 IEEE International Conference on Interdisciplinary Approaches in Technology and Management for Social Innovation Iatmsi 2025, 2025 Managerial level employee selection process are becoming a big challenge for the HR department. Selecting employees based on their potential with the mapping to the organization human resource needs poses several issues to the recruiter’s. Always the selection is based on various parameter related to knowledge and skill. This research explores the application of machine learning techniques to evaluate managerial skills, aiming to enhance leadership performance. Traditional methods of skill assessment, such as performance reviews and psychometric tests, often suffer from subjectivity and limited scalability. By leveraging machine learning, this study seeks to provide a more objective, data-driven approach to skill evaluation. Using machine learning algorithms, we developed models to predict key managerial skills such as leadership, communication, and strategic thinking. The results demonstrate that machine learning models can effectively predict managerial skills parameters with high accuracy, as compare to outperforming traditional evaluation methods. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of feature selection, showing that certain performance indicators and behavioral traits are strong predictors of managerial effectiveness. Our findings suggest that incorporating machine learning into the skill evaluation process can provide more reliable and actionable insights, aiding to the development of tailored training programs and better-informed managerial promotions. This research contributes to the growing field of data-driven human resource management and offers practical approach for organizations seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities. Future research would focus on refining these models and exploring their application across different cultural and organizational specific need-based contexts.
A modified method for solving the unbalanced TP Anju Khandelwal, Avanish Kumar International Journal of Operational Research, 2024 Most of the methods suggested for the unbalanced transportation problems in the literature are based on first adding a dummy source/destination with zero cost to make it a balance transportation problem to then obtain the basic feasible solution (BFS).The present paper suggests a modified algorithm for finding a BFS to an unbalanced transportation problem through which we get the optimum solution without adding the dummy source/destination.The method is presented in an algorithmic form and implemented on several sets of input data to test the performance and effectiveness of the algorithm.A comparison is also made with the existing approach and it is found that the suggested algorithm shows better performance.
Digital Farming: The New Era of Agriculture-Opportunities and Challenges Anju Khandelwal, Avanish Kumar Smart Agritech Robotics AI and Internet of Things Iot in Agriculture, 2024 Agriculture has its direct effects on the economy of the country, farmers’ income, and the population who lives there. Therefore, an appropriate approach to do effective farming is required so that farmers have optimum results from their crops and cultivation. Digital farming enables the farmer to do so by using different tools and techniques. By using drones and sensors, farmers can spray pesticides, grid sampling can be applied to check the fertility of soil like using the global positioning system, yield monitors can be used to monitor the crop yield from time to time and feed the same data in software for later analysis and comparison, variable rate technology is also one of the techniques to control the rate of fertilizers, etc., and different precision farming techniques can be applied. The current pandemic situations raised the requirements of digital farming and the need for relative education on digital farming. In this chapter, the opportunities and challenges of digital farming are discussed: how digital farming techniques will help the nation or farmers grow their economy in a sustainable manner and what are the real problems that become challenges for farmers to accept the concept of digital farming.
An experiential study on the role and inclusion of Indian languages for generating employment opportunity Anju Khandelwal, Ankita Tandon, Avanish Kumar International Journal of Knowledge and Learning, 2023 India is a multilingual country where the spoken language diverges approximately every 100 kilometres. About 2,000 dialects are spoken in India by different communities and there are 22 official languages. English and Hindi are used for official language by most of the states of India. All official documents and reports of the central government are published in bilingual, English and Hindi. Among the international community as well as business language, English is becoming more important in both native and non-native English-speaking countries. Speaking has been considered the most important skill at workplace therefore this paper aims to find out the importance of Hindi/other Indian language in the workplace by conducting a survey among career opportunities and deep learning in India. The result shows that the necessity of Hindi language skill in workplace has not changed, and the participants have reiterated the role of Hindi as the influencing factor during interviews/workplace.
