Firefighting Robot Using Arduino and Sensor-Based Detection Navjot Kaur, Someet Singh, Aarti Chaudhary, Anurag Sharma, Abdul Rahim, Praveen Kumar Malik 2025 International Conference on Emerging Technologies and Innovation for Sustainability Emergin 2025, 2025 During fire detection, the robot activates the water pump which results in extinguishing fire through targeted spraying to conserve water. From the experiments conducted, the robot achieved an accuracy of fire detection of 89% and a fire extinguishing success rate of 85% within an average response time of 1.2 seconds. Because of the reasonable cost of the robot and its reliable performance, it can be used indoors in places like laboratories, server rooms, and homes. Further development IoT integration for remote controlling and better navigation around obstacles can be done. This project showcases how microcontroller-based systems can serve as the foundation for practical solutions in fire safety.
SmartTrack: Online RFID Card Attendance System using Ardiuno UNO Amit Kumar Singh, Ashish Singh Chauhan, Anshul Mahajan, Abdul Rahim, Srinivas Aluvala, Praveen Kumar Malik 2025 International Conference on Intelligent and Secure Engineering Solutions Cises 2025, 2025 In today’s fast-paced environment, the demand for efficient, automated, and reliable attendance systems is growing rapidly in both educational and corporate settings. This paper explores the design and implementation of an affordable, RFID- based smart attendance system utilizing the Arduino Uno micro- controller, an SD card module for local data storage, and an ESP32 Wi-Fi module to upload attendance records to a cloud-based IoT platform. RFID tags, assigned to users, allow for contactless and secure identification, significantly reducing errors, preventing fraudulent activities (such as proxy attendance), and lessening the manual workload. The system’s performance is assessed based on scanning success rates, response times, and data synchronization. Various data visualization methods, including histograms, box plots, and heat maps, are employed to analyze attendance patterns. This research showcases a scalable and cost-effective solution that is ideal for educational institutions, small businesses, and large-scale operations, offering real-time data access and efficient attendance management at a fraction of traditional costs.
Unmasking Fake Profiles on Social Media with Machine Learning and NLP Abdul Rahim, Praveen Kumar Malik, N.L. Aravinda, Anshul Mahajan, Gotte Ranjith Kumar, Ashish Singh Chauhan 2025 5th International Conference on Advancement in Electronics and Communication Engineering Aece 2025, 2025 In the present day, the usage of social media has become common among many individuals. Several people create and update their profiles to interact with others on social media platforms. Users who develop profiles accept the terms and conditions specified by social network sites. Many network sites are inaccurate in establishing user security threats, sometimes leading to cyber threats. To estimate platforms supporting threats in social networks, first, the users’ social network profiles are to be classified. From classification, the segregation of original and fake profiles is easy as several classification methods are available in the market for detecting counterfeit profiles, but accuracy matters. Enhancement in the accuracy rate in detecting fake profiles should be done. In this paper, we discuss how accuracy can be improved by using machine learning and natural language processing techniques with the help of specific algorithms like support vector machines and Naive Bayes to detect fake profiles.
IoT and Cloud-Based Automated Saline Fluid Control System for Intravenous Therapy Abdul Rahim, Praveen Kumar Malik, Veena Bharti, Someet Singh, Ashish Singh Chauhan, Nagendar Yamsani Proceedings of 6th International Conference on 2025 Devices for Integrated Circuit Devic 2025, 2025 Intravenous (IV) therapy is a vital medical procedure for managing fluid levels and delivering medications directly into the bloodstream. However, traditional IV systems rely heavily on continuous manual monitoring, leading to inefficiencies and a higher risk of human error, particularly in resource-limited healthcare settings. This paper presents an innovative IoT-enabled automated saline fluid control system aimed at improving patient care and reducing the workload on medical staff. The system integrates advanced sensors, a NodeMCU microcontroller, and cloud-based data storage via ThingSpeak to enable real-time monitoring and precise control of saline levels. A servo motor is used to automatically stop the saline flow when critical thresholds are reached, preventing complications such as reverse blood flow and air embolisms. By combining automation, remote monitoring, and data-driven analytics, this solution enhances the safety and efficiency of IV therapy. It minimizes the need for human intervention, offers valuable insights to healthcare providers, and provides a cost-effective, scalable alternative for hospitals and clinics globally.
AI-Driven Hybrid Deep Learning Model for Snake Classification and Venom Identification Using Convolutional Neural Networks Mohammed Ali Shaik, Abdul Rahim, Mohammad Nasreen, Shweta Sharma, Seema Ahmed, Masrath Parveen 2025 2nd Asia Pacific Conference on Innovation in Technology Apcit 2025, 2025 Snake bites pose a serious threat to human life mainly in the rural and wooded areas where access to quality health care could be limited. It is crucial in deciding on whether the snake involved is venomous or nonvenomous to increase the chances of treatment options that are appropriate for the snake bite. However, conventional identification methods involve the use of some expertise, which may not always be feasible. This paper aims at developing AI-based image classification framework that uses deep learning algorithms to accurately classify snakes by their images that are taken as input. The model utilized in the current research is a combination of a range of CNN such as ResNet, MobileNet and Inception, VGG-16 in an effort to enhance the classification accuracy. The model is developed on a realistic dataset of snake images and the proposed features as well as techniques of feature fusion are used to increase model’s credibility and interactivity.
Exploring Time Series Techniques in Production Function Modeling: ARIMA and VECM Applications Mohammed Ali Shaik, Abdul Rahim, V Subhalakshmi, Dr R Ravi Kumar, Raghunadh Pasunuri, Dhanraj Verma Proceedings of the International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Control Systems Iciccs 2025, 2025 This paper uses both used ARIMA and VECM models to analyze the production function to determine the interactions between GDP, capital and labor inputs in this analysis. The paper explores short-term dynamics as well as equilibrium behavior of these variables using annual data for the period 1984–2023. The coefficients estimated by the ARIMA (2,0,0) model indicate that current GDP depends on its past levels, and both capital and labor, although they have positive signs, are statistically insignificant. Moreover, Johsen cointegration estimates unfold one co-integrating vector; VECM result also confirms the positive association between capital and GDP but an unexpected negative relation with labor. The above study’s findings reaffirm the status of capital accumulation as a foundation for developing states’ growth policy priorities; the results of labor analysis are inconclusive and may indicate issues such as difficulty in measuring labor or the possibility of structural changes. The policy implications are for the continuous long term orientations, reform of the labor market, improving human capital, and expanding economic diversification. The paper recognizes certain limitations in the type of data and model used and recommends that future research consider non linearities, technological progress to transfer technological improvement to the production function as well as examining sectoral differences for a better understanding of growth paths in fast growing economies.
