This work aims to create a highly effective system using deep learning principles to automatically detect and classify human emotions based on EEG signals. The proposed framework utilizes pre-processing techniques such as low-pass filtering to remove noise from the data. Subsequently, the delta rhythm is retrieved. Subsequently, the obtained rhythm signals are transformed into EEG rhythm images using the continuous wavelet transform. Deep features are then identified by utilizing a previously trained convolutional neural network model. Subsequently, a dense net will be used to identify the most effective features, and the extended short-term memory method will be implemented to classify the selected features. The SEED IV data set is utilized to evaluate the proposed methodology. For classification purposes, this investigation evaluates two emotions: “Valence” and “Arousal.” The experimental results indicate that the proposed approach achieved accuracies of 93.4% for low/high valence and 96.8% for low/high arousal labeling.
An Effective Filtering Method for ECG Signals Based on Savitzky Golay

The electrocardiogram (ECG) is a commonly employed method for identifying emotions. Various forms of noise often alter the ECG signal during recording, which could result in an inaccurate diagnosis. Power line interference, outside electromagnetic fields, erratically moving bodies, and breathing are a few examples of noise sources. This signal needs to be denoised and displayed in a clear waveform due to the numerous noise sources. As a result, distinct emotions cannot be identified from one ECG signal to another. Several filter types are suggested in this work to enhance the noise reduction of ECG signals. The ASCERTAIN database is the source of the ECG signals. Baseline drifts, noise, and artifacts could be present inthe ECG signal obtained from the ASCERTAIN database. This work proposes an effective Savitzky-Golay (S-G) filter-based ECG denoising technique. The S-G filter's performance is examined in relation to the signal section, or polynomial degree and frame size.The RMSD percentage and SNR are used to assess the denoising ECG's performance. We discovered that in order to obtain the best results, care should be taken in selecting the wavelet type and order, frame size, and S-G filter order.

The syndrome of polycystic ovary has a wide range of symptoms and inconsistent manifestations, making diagnosis difficult. The proposed model intends to differentiate hormonal imbalance from related conditions by evaluating various datasets that include clinical and hormonal parameters. By combining the medical knowledge with machine learning’s potential for enabling precision diagnostics, this study advances early detection and enhances patient care. To empower women to achieve optimal reproductive health and well-being, our understanding of hormonal imbalances in the ovaries must be advanced to develop targeted interventions. This research study highlights the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration, ongoing research efforts, and personalized approaches in addressing the complexities of hormonal imbalance-related disorders in the ovary. The predictive model gains the ability to precisely predict irregular periods and accurately forecast fluctuations in hormone levels through iterative refinement and validation processes. The proposed model also includes personalized treatment recommendations based on each patient’s unique needs. These recommendations include dietary adjustments, lifestyle adjustments, hormonal therapies, and stress reduction methods. The model attempts to empower women to take proactive measures towards optimizing their reproductive health and general well-being by fusing predictive analytics with proactive intervention strategies.
