Dr. Bhagyashree Ashok Tingare has completed her Ph.D. in computer engineering with Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality Specialization from Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University, Rajasthan. She also received a B.E. and M.E. in Computer Engineering from D. Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, Pune, Maharashtra India. She has 10+ years of teaching and Industry experience. She has supervised and co-supervised more than 20+ B.E.Projects . She has authored or co-authored more than 50 publications. She is working as an Assistant professor with the Department of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, D. Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, Pune, Maharashtra India. AI-Powered Framework for Real-Time Dynamic Resource Allocation in Cloud Computing Platforms P. William, Smita Nirkhi, Mohammed Almakki, Sobini Pushpa, Shanthi Kumaraguru, Bhagyashree Ashok Tingare International Conference on Innovative Practices in Technology and Management Iciptm 2026, 2026 The rapid growth of cloud computing has led to the need for intelligent, adaptive, and real-time resource management solutions. Traditional static or threshold-based allocation strategies are no longer sufficient to handle the dynamic and unpredictable nature of modern workloads. This paper presents an AI-powered framework for real-time dynamic resource allocation in cloud computing platforms. The proposed architecture integrates predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and feedback loops to forecast workload patterns, identify underutilized or overburdened nodes, and autonomously scale computing, storage, and network resources. Experimental simulations were conducted using diverse workload types and scheduling strategies such as Reinforcement Learning, Genetic Algorithms, Deep Q Learning, and Round Robin. The results, validated through statistical analyses and performance metrics, demonstrate significant improvements in system throughput, costefficiency, and resource utilization. Evaluation using ANOVA, ROC curves, and Precision-Recall analysis further confirms the framework's capability to make intelligent allocation decisions. This study highlights the transformative potential of AI in enabling cloud platforms to become more scalable, cost effective, and responsive to real-time demand fluctuations.

Thokal International Conference on Innovative Practices in Technology and Management Iciptm 2026, 2026 In the rapidly evolving landscape of Industry 4.0, industrial systems have become increasingly complex, interconnected, and data-intensive. Traditional computational methods often fall short in managing the highdimensional, nonlinear challenges presented by such environments. This paper explores a novel framework that integrates Big Data analytics with quantum computing techniques to model and optimize complex industrial systems-including Smart Grids, Supply Chains, and Manufacturing processes. By leveraging algorithms such as Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA), Variational Quantum Eigensolver (VQE), and Quantum Machine Learning (QML), the study demonstrates substantial improvements in processing time, accuracy, and resource efficiency compared to classical methods. Empirical evaluation through a structured experimental design and statistical validation via ANOVA confirms that hybrid quantum-classical approaches outperform traditional models across multiple performance metrics. This integration paves the way for real-time, scalable, and intelligent industrial optimization, offering a transformative leap in operational decision-making, fault prediction, and strategic control.

Thokal, Shanthi Kumaraguru, Bhagyashree Ashok Tingare International Conference on Innovative Practices in Technology and Management Iciptm 2026, 2026 In today's fast-evolving industrial world, where smart factories, energy grids, and automation are all deeply connected, managing energy in real time has become both essential and challenging. The growing number of devices and the data they generate make traditional, centralized systems too slow and vulnerable. This paper introduces a smart and secure Edge-Cloud architecture that solves these challenges by blending fast local data processing (at the edge) with powerful, centralized analysis in the cloud. This hybrid system makes it possible to detect energy issues quickly, keep operations running smoothly, and gain deeper insights through artificial intelligence. The framework has been tested and shows impressive results-detecting anomalies with over 96% accuracy while supporting large—scale deployment and maintaining high system uptime. With this approach, industries can respond faster, stay secure, and make smarter decisions—all in real time.
Hybrid deep learning system for crop disease classification using modified SegNet segmentation Mukesh Kumar Tripathi, D.N. Vasundhara, V.K.N.S.N. Moorthy Ch, Kapil Misal, Bhagyashree Ashok Tingare, Sanjeevkumar Angadi Computers and Electrical Engineering, 2025 In traditional agricultural systems, managing crop diseases faces significant challenges, primarily due to the reliance on visual inspection and manual symptom identification. These methods are often time-consuming, error-prone, and may fail to detect diseases early or accurately, leading to ineffective treatments and substantial crop loss. Furthermore, the unpredictability of disease symptoms and the existence of similar-looking diseases complicate diagnosis. To address these limitations, there is a growing necessity for innovative deep learning-based methods. This study proposes an advanced Modified LinkNet-Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (MLBLSTM)-based system for crop disease classification, incorporating a multi-step process starting with data collection from three datasets: apple, corn, and pepper plant leaves. The preprocessing phase utilizes Enhanced Wiener Filtering (EWF) to preserve high-frequency details and enhance image quality. The filtered images are processed through an advanced Modified SegNet (MSegNet) model to do the segmentation process. Feature extraction follows, leveraging Hierarchy of Skeleton (HOS), Modified Local Gabor Increasing Pattern (MLGIP), Median Binary Pattern (MBP), and statistical features. Finally, the classification step employs a hybrid model combining Modified LinkNet (MLNet) with a novel σ-SE block and Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) classifiers. The validation results prove the performance of MLBLSTM model measures with an accuracy of 0.947, a sensitivity of 0.955, and a specificity of 0.936.
