Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (1996-2000), Specialist in Physical Exercise Science in Health and Personal Training (2001), and Specialist in Human and Exercise Physiology (2002) from UNIFRAN, Master's Degree in Health Promotion from the University of Franca. and PhD in Food and Nutrition from the São Paulo State University (UNESP), Campus Araraquara-SP. He is Adjunct Professor III Class C (level 4) of the Department of Physical Education linked to the Academic Unit of Health Sciences (CISAU) of the Federal University of Jataí (UFJ). Professor of the Graduate Program in Animal Bioscience at UFJ (PPGBA/UFJ) - CAPES 4, working in the line of research: Human, Animal and Environmental Health
