Artificial intelligence in education an educational perspective on personalization equity and ethics Kalpana Bharathi Kotikalapudi, Sambhani Naga Gayatri Discover Education, 2026 Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming educational practices through adaptive learning systems powered by advanced technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL). These technologies enable real-time, personalized learning experiences that significantly enhance student engagement and comprehension. By predicting individual progress and recommending tailored learning materials, AI-driven platforms ensure a more efficient and holistic educational journey. Furthermore, they foster the development of critical thinking and practical skills, bridging the gap between theoretical understanding and real-world application. As these tools continue to evolve, they are not only improving personalization, interactivity, and effectiveness in education but also prompting important discussions on ethical considerations, promoting responsible and equitable learning environments.
Isolation of an Anthocyanin from Flowers of Pterocarpus santalinus L.f. Tota Jagadish, Ramesh Kola, Bhasker Akkala, Kishor Palle, Sambhani Naga Gayatri, P. Ramesh Babu High Energy Chemistry, 2025 Abstract In many plants, anthocyanins play a vital task in determining the various brilliant colours of flowers. An analysis of phytochemicals was conducted on the flowers of Pterocarpus santalinus L.f., revealing the existence of carbohydrates, phytosteroids, proteins, alkaloids, flavonoids, and phenolics. An anthocyanin was isolated by column chromatography from the methanol extract of the flowers of Pterocarpus santalinus L.f. Its structure was confirmed by spectroscopic analysis. These flowers are seasonal and available only for a short period. So far no work was reported on the flowers of this plant, which instigated us to take up a systematic study on the flowers of this plant.
Utilizing python for potentiometric redox titrations: A study on ferrous ion detection with potassium permanganate Shanthi Vunguturi, Sai Annessha Veluri, Sambhani Naga Gayatri Food Science and Applied Biotechnology, 2025 Instrumental chemical analysis offers a powerful approach for qualitative and quantitative methods estimating various parameters. An open-source programming language is used to automate potentiometric redox titrations. Modern methods are preferred over conventional methods as they are useful in identifying linear dynamical systems and they also have low computational complexity leading to accurate results. Potentiometric redox titrations are powerful analytical chemistry tools for quantifying the concentration of analytes based on their redox properties, and they find widespread use in various industries, including environmental monitoring, pharmaceuticals, and chemical process control. The aim of this work is to integrate instrumental chemical analysis with artificial intelligence. Artificial Intelligence in potentiometric titrations can further encourage innovations in the field of industry. The purpose of this study is to develop and implement a Python-based approach for automating potentiometric redox titrations, specifically focusing on ferrous ion detection using potassium permanganate as the titrant. By integrating Python with instrumental chemical analysis, the study aims to enhance the precision, efficiency, and accessibility of potentiometric titrations in analytical chemistry. Python is used effectively to simulate and analyse such titrations. NumPy for numerical operations, Matplotlib is used in plotting; the results were comparable with regular instrumental analysis and obtained satisfactory report.
Electrical and Ionic Conduction Phenomena of Tl2O3 Mixed Multi-Component Li2O–PbO–B2O3–SiO2–Bi2O3–V2O5 Glass System P. Ramesh Babu, Kishor Palle, L. Srinivasa Rao, Sambhani Naga Gayatri, L. Vijayalakshmi, Seong Jin Kwon, R. Vijay, Rafa Almeer Glass Physics and Chemistry, 2024 Abstract The synthesis of lithium lead borosilicate bismuth vanadate glasses with varying Tl2O3 concentrations (between 0 to 5.0 mol %) was achieved through the implementation of the melt quenching technique. A comprehensive analysis has been conducted to examine the electrical and dielectric properties over a broad spectrum of frequencies (102–106 Hz) and temperatures (303–573 K). According to the findings of conductivity studies, mixed conduction (both electronic and ionic) occurs in the produced glasses. As the concentration of Tl2O3 increases in the base glass, the dielectric properties, including dielectric loss, dielectric constant, and ac conduction, exhibit a decreasing trend. An increasing number of V5+ ions has been identified as being involved in the formation of networks near crystal structures of VO5. The quantitative study of ac conductivity and dielectric property data revealed that increasing the concentration of Tl2O3 in the glass network increases the insulating character of the glass. In the glass structure, the migration of thallium ions to tetrahedral coordination from octahedral coordination occurs, accompanied by a de-clustering effect of these ions.
Carbon Dioxide Adsorption Study on Rice Husk Activated Carbons by Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Kishor Palle, Sambhani Naga Gayatri, Ramesh Kola, Ch Sandhya Rani, P. Ramesh Babu, L. Vijayalakshmi, Seong Jin Kwon, Md. Mustaq Ali Russian Journal of Applied Chemistry, 2024 Abstract In this study, the effects of artificial neural networks on CO2 adsorption on several types of rice husk activated carbon samples are investigated. Using conventional approach, the eight activated carbon samples are examined for carbon dioxide adsorption at 298 K and up to 1 bar pressure. The influence of altered training/validating ratios, various data initiation points, various training algorithms and number of neurons necessary for an artificial neural network model were investigated using ANN modelling. The work can give useful information on the effects of each of the investigated factors, which are crucial in ANN modelling and training techniques. The results may be used to create an optimum activated carbon, improved applications of gas and oil purification that plan to use artificial intelligence modelling in their evaluations.
Charge Transfer Complexes of 1-Cyclohexylpiperazine as Donor with 2,3-Dichloro-5,6-dicyano-p-benzoquinone and 2,3,5,6-Tetra chloro-p-benzoquinone as Acceptors: A Comparative Studies of Spectroscopic, Thermodynamic and DFT Analysis Venugopal Abbu, Venkatesh Nampally, Ramakanth Pagadala, Sambhani Naga Gayatri, Thirupathi Damera, T. Parthasarathy Asian Journal of Chemistry, 2024 Novel 1-cyclohexylpiperazine charge transfer compounds, acting as donors, were investigated in conjunction with the π-acceptors 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-p-benzoquinone (DDQ) and 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-p-benzoquinone (CHL) through spectrophotometric analysis at room temperature in acetonitrile. The Benesi-Hildebrand equation was applied to determine the molar extinction coefficient (ε) and stability constant (KCT) for both charge transfer (CT) complexes, each exhibiting a 1:1 molar composition. The infrared (IR) spectroscopy confirmed the presence of CT complexes and these complexes were further evaluated for their pharmacological potential in DNA binding studies, revealing their interaction with DNA through intercalation. The density functional theory (DFT) analysis provided insights into bond lengths, bond angles, Mulliken atomic charges, molecular electrostatic potential (MEP) maps and the highest occupied molecular orbital to the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (HOMO-LUMO) characteristics of the CT complexes.
