Hellenic Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO)

I obtained my Diploma in electrical and computer engineering with expertise in electrical power systems in 2010. I started working towards my PhD in 2012, focusing on power quality enhancement of distribution networks. I obtained a MSc and a PhD in electrical and computer engineering, in 2016 and 2018, respectively. In 2019 I joined Chalmers EPE as a postdoctoral researcher focusing on intelligent solutions to ensure the sustainability of future distribution networks with high penetration of variable renewables and multiple energy storage solutions. As a researcher I was involved in four European projects as well as in the preparation and submission of many applications for European projects (3 funded). In the academic year 2021-2022, I was a tutor at the Electrical and Computer Engineering department of University of Patras. Currently, I am a scientific specialist in HEDNO focusing on digitalization, control, and operation of the Greek distribution network.
