New MATLAB learners often get stuck because they cannot read or fix early errors. We tested a real-time system that catches run-time exceptions, pulls the message and nearby code, and gives a short explanation plus a small corrected example inside the editor. We compared this with MATLAB’s built-in copilot. In a class study with 60 students, both groups did the same lessons and tasks; only the feedback differed. The treatment group, which saw the real-time explanations, scored higher on the post-test (16.8 vs. 13.5), showed a much larger learning gain (0.58 vs. 0.29), and fixed errors faster. Across about 300 total errors, total repair time dropped from 1,500 s to 450 s, retries fell from 2 to 1 per error, and successful fixes rose from 80% to 96%. Beginners improved the most, and repeat errors fell by roughly 47%. Students said the messages were clear and useful. Then, turning MATLAB error messages into short, direct guidance improved accuracy, speed, and retention without leaving the MATLAB workspace.

This paper investigates the application of machine learning models, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and a hybrid LSTM-CNN model, for predicting stock prices of companies listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The proposed hybrid model leverages CNN’s capability for spatial feature extraction and LSTM’s proficiency in modelling temporal dependencies, effectively addressing the complex and volatile nature of stock price movements. Using a comprehensive dataset of historical stock prices and trading volumes from various sectors, the hybrid model achieved superior performance with a 15% improvement in RMSE compared to standalone CNN and LSTM models. Results demonstrate its robustness, particularly in volatile market conditions, showcasing its potential for accurate and reliable predictions. This study contributes a novel hybrid approach that integrates spatial and temporal learning to enhance stock market prediction, offering valuable insights for investors and financial analysts while providing a scalable framework for broader financial applications.

Quantum-dot Cellular Automata (QCA) represents a next-generation nanoscale paradigm that promises to transform digital circuit design by providing faster operation, higher density, and ultra-low power consumption, effectively overcoming the drawbacks of traditional CMOS technology. In this study, QCA-based multiplier and squaring circuits are designed and analyzed with emphasis on their applications in digital signal processing. Unlike CMOS logic systems, QCA performs computation using electron position configurations within quantum dots, eliminating conventional current-driven switching. The proposed circuits are implemented using binary adders, AND gates, and MUX-based RAM modules, and their performance is assessed based on area utilization, cell count, and energy consumption through QCADesigner simulations. The comparative findings reveal substantial gains in efficiency and scalability compared to CMOS implementations, establishing QCA as a strong candidate for future computing architectures

2025 2nd International Conference on New Frontiers in Communication Automation Management and Security Iccams 2025, 2025
Cyberbullying has emerged as a pressing concern in the digital age, especially with the exponential rise in social media usage. Detecting harmful and abusive language online is challenging due to the informal, sarcastic and often context-dependent nature of user-generated content [1], [2]. In this paper, we present a deep learning-based framework that combines the semantic capabilities of Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) with the contextual modeling power of Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to effectively detect cyberbullying in textual data. The system is trained and evaluated on a publicly available dataset curated from social media platforms, achieving high accuracy and strong performance across key metrics such as precision, recall and F1-score. Our results outperform traditional machine learning models and prior deep learning architectures by a significant margin, aligning with findings from recent studies. The proposed work handles ambiguous or contextually subtle bullying content more effectively and has the potential to support large scale content moderation systems and contributes to the broader goal of creating safer digital spaces.
  • Optimizing VLSI-Based Quantum Computing Performance in Digital Image Processing Using Modular Energy-Efficient Posit Multipliers for Enhanced Computational Precision and Reduced Power Consumption

2025 2nd International Conference on New Frontiers in Communication Automation Management and Security Iccams 2025, 2025
In this research paper, some novel developments in the optimization of digital image processing efficiency by conducting a simulation study on modular posit multiplier architectures, design and improving the energy efficiency to boost computational performance of energy efficient posit multipliers is presented along with the simulation results. The Posit number system, an emerging alternative to IEEE floating-point arithmetic, offers notable benefits in deep learning and image processing due to its ability to efficiently handle non-uniform data distributions. This flexibility makes Posit arithmetic particularly advantageous in scenarios where traditional floating-point formats may fall short. Be that as it may, chomps with distinctive position numbers speak to challenges in equipment execution, particularly for multipliers that have to be take under consideration distinctive mantisser sizes. This variability can lead to expanded vitality utilization, particularly when full mantissa bit width isn't required. To address these challenges, we present a work multiplier design optimized for vitality productivity and precision. The center of this plan may be a adaptable multiplier that underpins mantissa bit widths, which can be deliberately part into littler secluded units. Amid operation, as it were the desired units are enacted based on the administration bit width, powerfully deciding the precise mantisser width required for the calculation. With the specific enactment of the related multiplier fragments, this engineering essentially decreases control utilization and tall computing control. This approach guarantees that positive multipliers are not as it were versatile, but too amazingly effective. Usually particularly appropriate for picture preparing errands that require both exactness and vitality proficiency. The proposed plan bargains with the inalienable challenges of positive number-crunching, giving strong arrangements to compensate for adaptability, execution investment funds, and stipend, clearing the way for more extensive applications in dynamic computer frameworks..
