Abstract:
It has been concluded in this thesis the study of the influence in developing the special physical elements of football players for the age group of 7–9 years old. Since the study covered the influence of strength, desire, endurance, flexibility and elegance elements on 100 young players and the knowledge of influence on developing these physical elements passing through on these players. One of the most important conclusions the two researchers have reached upon is that the young players should not be subjected to activities aimed to develop endurance element and training should be within their capability and strength efficiency and should ameliorate according to certain basics. As for the rate of speed, concentration on tactical speed should be made. As for the flexibility element, though it is a natural phenomenon, but it must be protected and advanced.
