Journal of Internet Services and Information Security, 2025
As corporate digital services get more connected and essentially rely on cloud channels, high-grade security systems get more essential. To solve this problem research present a Pigeon search-driven extreme gradient boosting (PS-XGboost) approach to security improvement in cloud workflow orchestration. Initially, research gather a financial dataset. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) which extract critical features from the dataset. This model is a combination of deep learning adaption and generalization skills with good broad classification abilities of PS-XGBoost. The fundamental characteristics that separate the regular as well as the abnormal behavior are identified from the huge dataset of regular workflow patterns and used to train the CNN. Therefore, the proposed model incorporates several advantages in contrast to conventional anomaly detection techniques. Beside the study performance measurements and parameters evaluation, which will help to assess how successful our proposed solutions are under the context of cloud security are assessed. Finally, the approach that research proposed and could give comprehensive view of the anomaly reasons, which could make security teams' job easier by reducing their search period of security flaws.
  • Novel AI-enabled Data Leakage Detection Model for Optimizing Financial Cloud Network Security

Journal of Internet Services and Information Security, 2025
Artificial intelligence (AI) evaluates networking data to detect and prevent data leakage, while enhancing security in financial cloud networks through advanced optimisation. Consumption of resources, scalability issues, concerns about privacy, false-positives and adapting to emerging threats reduce the performance of the data leakage detection (DLD) system. In this investigation, research proposed a novel model of gravitational search inspired flexible Adaboost (GS-FAB) for developing a DLD framework to improve financial cloud networking security by proactively identifying and mitigating risks. The financial cloud network security dataset was collected in this research. After the data collection, we applied a robust scaler for data preprocessing. After data preprocessing, the data labelling process is implemented and that could be divided into non-leakage and leakage data. Following the leakage and non-leakage data process, the research separated the leakage and non-leakage data into training and testing. The training process includes the GS-FAB technique. The GS-FAB method and testing process encompass the performance analysis. Finally, research employs some metrics for existing and proposed methods. Our proposed GS-FAB technique results include precision (95%), f1-score (90.5%), recall (91.4%), RMSE (49.4%), SNR (64%) and accuracy (98.1%). In comparison to both proposed and existing approaches, our suggested GS-FAB technique obtained better results. This investigation not only enhances the accuracy but also promises a better effective technique for improving financial cloud networking security by providing robust protections from unwanted data accessibility.
  • Design and Implementation of Innovative Statistically Secured Hash Algorithm using Decentralized Hash Function
    Bhagvant Ram Ambedkar
    Panamerican Mathematical Journal, 2025
Information technology is in high demand today due to the expanding global use of the internet for information sharing. Every user wants to secure communication over a public network and to confirm the accuracy of their data. Hash algorithms are used to translate the fixed-length hash code from the input message, which is used to verify the integrity of the input message or any information exchanged through the web. Numerous hash algorithms are proposed by researchers but many algorithms use high consumption time during hash function processing time and they are using centralized hash function processing. Therefore we are designing an Innovative hash algorithm to generate a 96-bit hash code using a decentralized hash function.

Proceedings 2024 4th International Conference on Innovative Sustainable Computational Technologies Cisct 2024, 2024
This study outlines a leader-edge technique that machine learning introduces in crime prediction over traditional models. In the face of intensifying urbanization and escalating population growth which is completely changing the societies, it is a core of grasp and have a foresight of crime patterns that law enforcement agencies and the policymakers should focus on. This study captures diverse features comprising demographic data, historical crime records, socioeconomic indicators, and geographic information among others, to develop comprehensive data inputs into the advancements in machine learning algorithms which in turn compute the predictive models. The technique comprising of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model building is using a plethora of algorithms including decision trees, random forests, support vector machines, and neural networks. Another aspect of paper is to explain why it is important for feature selection and hyperparameter tuning in improving the model's performance.
