She is gold medalist from Sophia college Ajmer, completed her MBA and PhD from Banasthali Vidyapith. A prolific writer; Dr. Sharma has authored 4 Books and published more than 35 research papers in various National and International journals of repute. She is on the International Editorial advisory boards as a Member in International Peer reviewed journals. She received several awards for her outstanding academic achievements like Young Researcher Award , Best Academician of the year , Rashtra Srijan Shiksha Ratan for outstanding contribution in the field of Education Management & Research, Bharat Vidhya Shiromani Award for outstanding achievement in the field of Education, Best Educationist Award
