MIMO Antennas for IoT and ISM Band Applications Inderpreet Kaur, Hari Kumar Singh, Sanjeev Sharma, Navneet Singh, Yash Bhardwaj 5g Wireless Communication System in Healthcare Informatics, 2023 In today’s communication networks. The IoT (Internet of Things) plays a major part in this. In this present and future communication paradigm, hundreds of different smart ‘internet enabled’ devices will link with one another continually. Aside from protocols of sophisticated communication, such communication networks and smart devices will require efficient hardware. Because they are at the front end of communication, antennas are one of the most crucial components of such hardware. For applications like IoT, antennas must have three key characteristics: small in size, energy efficiency, and the capacity to operate in an environment of multiple antennas. In this study, we describe a design of antenna that achieves these important requirements. 5G communications are likely to include MIMO, which will necessitate antennas with a large number of elements. However, maintaining strong isolation between ports is difficult due to the size constraint. With use of HFSS software, we built a MIMO antenna having improved isolation. An efficient four-element mm-Wave MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) antenna being proposed for use in a 5G system. For 5G (fifth generation) new radio applications for future IoT applications, a MIMO antenna system capable of operating in frequency spectra of between 2.25GHz and 3.0GHz been proposed. This study proposes MIMO antenna designs for IoT applications with an overall dimension of 40x 80x1.5mm3. The suggested MIMO antenna is made of a 1.6mm thin FR4 having constant of dielectric as 4.4 with loss tangent equal to 0.02. The maximum efficiency of the recommended antenna at 2.4GHz is 83%. Comparison of measured as well as simulation results should show that the suggested design meets the intended criteria, namely, isolation greater than 12dB, overall efficiency greater than 48%, and envelope correlation coefficient of 0.07. Radiation pattern, realized gain, total efficiency and channel capacity is all examined as well.
Wireless Body Area Network Antenna Inderpreet Kaur, Hari Kumar Singh, Tejasvini Thakral Wearable and Neuronic Antennas for Medical and Wireless Applications, 2022 The increase in average lifespan and health cost in many developed nations are catalysts to innovation in health care. These factors along with the advances in miniaturization of electronic devices, sensing, battery and wireless communication technologies have led to the development of Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs). WBANs consist of smart miniaturized devices (motes) that are able to sense, process and communicate. They are designed such that they can be worn or implanted, and monitor physiological signals and transmit these to specialized medical servers without much interference to the daily routine of the patient. A rectangular microstrip antenna with surface integrated waveguide (SIW) and defected ground structure (DGS) is proposed for WBAN application. SIW is formed using metallic via array with specific location and dimension. Microstrip line feed excites rectangular patch. The proposed work has optimized the radius of via, length of feed, dimension of DGS. The gain of the proposed configuration is 1.9dBi at 2.45 GHz. The 3D polar plot shows the omnidirectional pattern. The challenges faced by WBAN are energy, mobility, security and communication. WBAN devices are generally wireless, therefore they are portable and roam free. So the power to the device of the network is provided with the help of batteries, since the sensor that implanted in the body are so small that battery cannot sustain more than a month, Energy harvesting technique is one solution to the power issue. WBAN security is more critical orbit as it has been connected to the physical system. Security required in internal communication are data authenticity done by public key cryptography, encryption is done to achieve data confidentiality. Mobility can pose serious problems in some applications like e-health care even posture do effect the communication.
Improving the yield of a solar still with the aid of an evacuated tube CH. Mohammad Akram, G. Saritha, Arvind Sharma, Hari Kumar Singh, Moti Lal Rinawa, S. Ashwin Kannan Journal of Physics Conference Series, 2022 Solar distilling process is a viable way to supplying clean freshwater to remote populations with low water condition and sufficient sunshine. Because, water purified in a simple solar still yields less, and hence, it would not be widely utilized or traded. The effectiveness of a traditional solar still is highly dependent on the quantity of energy received by the solar still's bottom surface. Thus, expanding either the absorption capacity of the basin surface or the rate of energy transfer to the saline water would then result in an enhancement in potable water yield levels. Through the coupling of an evacuated glass tube (EGT), an effort has been made to increase the evaporative heat transfer and solar still heat transfer effectiveness in this study. Further, the current research analysis compares the performance of the ordinary (Plain-Still) and evacuated tube linked solar stills (EGT-Still) at a fixed water level of 2.0 cm. The findings demonstrated that integrating an evacuated tube with the traditional solar still increased the solar still's productivity by 13.73%.
Analysis of Structural, Optical, and Aquaphobic Properties of Zirconium Oxide Nanofilms by Varying Sputtering Gas Kumar Sujit, Dave Vikramaditya, K. Vetri Velmurugan, Yakkala Bhaskarrao, Rupali Singh, Bhasker Pant, Amit Kumar Sharma, Hari Kumar Singh, Lijalem Mulugeta Advances in Materials Science and Engineering, 2022 The problem of contamination in ceramic insulators was found to be frequent in power transmission lines and transformers. The key aim was to develop aquaphobic zirconium oxide (ZrO2) thin films using DC reactive magnetron sputtering over glass insulators to mitigate contamination problems. This was achieved by introducing O2 and Ar gas in the sputtering chamber, and three properties, namely, structural, optical, and aquaphobic, were inspected by changing the sputtering gas ratio (oxygen/argon). These properties were chosen based on comparison with the bulk ZrO2. These deposited ZrO2 samples were identified by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer, and contact angle goniometer (CAG). For all the samples, coatings were found to be limpid, clear, and aquaphobic. Coarseness (62.813 nm) and the contact angle made by water to the surface (107.45°) were found utmost as deposited at 0.25 oxygen/argon gas ratios. The transmittance and band gap were also found to be 90% and 5.33 eV, respectively, at this particular ratio.
Intelligent Controlled Electronic Speech-Supporting Device for Dumbed Pharmacy Sales Person Mohamed A.M. Iesa, Rituraj Jain, Archana S. Nanoty, Hari Kumar Singh, Sanjiv Kumar Jain, Anurag Shrivastava 2021 9th International Conference on Cyber and IT Service Management Citsm 2021, 2021 Many innovations are made mainly for the individual with a disability. The primary aim of the effort is to solve the issue faced by the world's dumb people. It's application-specific, where we solve a dumb medical attendant's issues. The project's main aim is to develop an instrument to answer consumer inquiries in the medical store, which works as an electronic voice device. A Raspberry PI 3 with a keyboard and speaker are suggested. In the Raspberry Pi, a text-to-speech coder is used. The stupid person needs to input the response through a keyboard, depending on the client query. The value is transformed in audio output by pressing the key equivalent. The response time is 2.6 seconds.
