The increasing amount of waste in the city of Semarang needs proper handling. These problems will be solved using an information system approach to handling and managing waste. The purpose of this research is to map community behavior regarding the handling and management of organic and inorganic waste; determine the supply chain flow of waste handling in the community, hotels, restaurants and offices; designing an industry-based waste management information system 4.0. This research has been able to map community behavior regarding the handling and management of organic and inorganic waste in the form of supply chain flows from upstream to downstream. The data processing stage begins with statistical testing of the result of the questionnaire, then designing the waste supply chain flow. The results of the supply chain flow for handling waste in the community, hotels, restaurants and offices are designed by utilizing an industry-based waste management information system 4.0. The supply chain designed in 6 areas of the city of Semarang, has been able to describe the flow of waste from upstream to downstream.

One of the most used watermarking algorithms is Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), which has a balanced level of imperceptibility and robustness. However, SVD uses a singular matrix for embedding and two orthogonal matrices for reconstruction, which is inefficient. In this paper, a Hadamard matrix is used to get a singular matrix for the reconstruction process. Moreover, SVD works with a floating-point value, which takes long processing time, while the Hadamard matrix works with an integer range, which is more efficient. Visual measurement showed that SVD and the new method had average NC values of 0.8321 and 0.8293, whereas the average SSIM values resulted in the same value (0.9925). In terms of processing time, the proposed method ran faster than SVD with an embedding and extraction time of 0.6308 and 0.2163 seconds against 0.8419 and 0.2935 seconds. The proposed method successfully reduced the running time while maintaining imperceptibility and robustness.

In the research of watermarking algorithm, the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) is widely use. It has the capability of maintaining the imperceptibility and robustness at a good level. However, the SVD has a high level of complexity in the process of decomposition and reconstruction. It split a host image into three matrices of U, S, and V. The S matrix contains with the singular value and it is used in the embedding and extraction processes. The other two matrices of U and V are orthogonal and it is used to reconstruct the watermarked image. This scheme can be simplified using a single matrix which is orthogonal and symmetrical to replace the use of matrices of SVD. This paper is proposed a watermarking algorithm using a Walsh matrix which is symmetric, orthogonal and contains signed integer value of 1 and -1. The Walsh matrix is used to transform the host image into Walsh coefficient and reconstruct the watermarked image using a simple equation. The experiment result shows that the proposed method has faster embedding and extraction time with average time of 0.3841 and 0.1854 second compared to the SVD with average time of 0.6235 and 0.2539 second. Meanwhile, the both method has same level of robustness and imperceptibility. The average PSNR value of the proposed method and SVD are 41.4991 and 41.6518 respectively while the average NC values are 0.9416 and 0.9428. The proposed method is able to shorten the processing time without reducing the imperceptibility and robustness.

One of the poor indicators of the development and health status of a country is high maternal mortality. The world has seen that one pregnant woman in every two minutes dies because of complication with serious or long-lasting consequences. During pregnancy, pregnant women tend to reduce physical activity due to increased sensitivity factors. It will lead to decrease the elasticity of muscles and joints. The way to improve the elasticity is doing exercise during pregnancy. But, there are still many pregnant women who are less interested in doing exercise during pregnancy, due to high loaded in working day and dense schedule of daily activities in her career or as a housewife. Some women assume that by attending pregnancy exercise course in hospitals or health care centers is time-consuming and too formal because they have to follow the prenatal personal trainer schedule. The technology that allows helping pregnant women in exercise during pregnancy is virtual reality. In this study, the development of virtual reality application for exercise during pregnancy adapted from the methodology to determine when to use virtual reality in education and training combined with the Immersive Virtual Environment (IVE) questionnaire. The average results of overall components in the IVE questionnaire is 4.26 of 5-point scales that indicates the virtual reality application for exercise during pregnancy is feasible to use by pregnant woman.

The emergence of impressive virtual reality (VR) devices make the virtual reality applications are very popular. There are several VR applications which is involve the user's physical activity while making any interaction with virtual entities. Sometimes the user is not aware that physical activity can drain a lot of energy. The effect of the user who lacks energy is user feel exhausted. One indicator of exhausted is heart rate changes. Current wearable devices have a lot of attached sensor. We proposed the model to monitor users heart rate while making any physical activities in the virtual environment by using the wearable device. Machine to Machine (M2M) communication through an internet network (wireless) can be used to integrate the VR system and wearable device system. In this case, user simulate daily exercise through VR application to make any physical activities. Users felt that this heart rate monitoring system was satisfied, effective, and efficient measured by an adapted System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire.

An embedding model is proposed to hide the watermark in region magnitudes of the image using the Laplacian of Gaussian filter that is developed from the two previous researches that using block based and edge based watermarking through CRT algorithms. The block based CRT can cause the significant degradation of image when it lies on the homogeneous area. Meanwhile, the preceding study of edge based CRT detector is generated the embedding location as same magnitude in binary representation. The watermark bits are embedding on any edges location. The edge based CRT is unable to determine the most significant area for the embedding. The proposed method embeds the watermark bits from the highest region magnitudes in descending order of number of watermark bits. This is aimed to improve the previous researches that used block and edge based CRT algorithms. The experiments show that this model has higher structural similarity than the block based CRT which has average similarity value of 0.9996 and 0.9985 respectively. It also improved the robustness against compression the higher average correlation value of 0.6709 than previous CRT scheme which results in 0.6681 and 0.6616. The proposed model has better image quality of watermarked image in term of SSIM measurement and increase the robustness of watermark image in term of compression.

Novel watermarking model is developed on this paper using laplacian filter from two previous watermarking models that use CRT algorithms. The first model is embedding the watermark on the random pixel on each single block which can degrade the homogeneous areas. The second model use the canny edge detection to determine the edges as embedding locations within binary representation without considering the gradient magnitude that causes less optimal result. The proposed model is developed from the laplacian filter to generate the gradient magnitude of the image regions as embedding locations. The higher gradient magnitude represents the better location for embedding. Bits of watermark are embedding from the location with the highest gradient magnitude to the lower gradient magnitudes according to the number of watermark bits. The proposed model has higher imperceptibility with average SSIM of 0.9996 than the conventional CRT with average SSIM of 0.9985. In compression test, the proposed model has higher robustness with average NC value of 0.6746 than the previous models that have NC average values of 0.6618 and 0.6616 correspondingly. Temporarily, in noise test, all of the models have the similar average NC values. The model has better visual quality of the watermarked image than the previous models that use block division and canny edge detection algorithm. It also has better robustness against compression.

One of mathematical modelling to assess relative efficiencies of the group of the decision making unit in production systems is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). In this study, we use DEA to assess relative efficiencies in the production process of making stamped batik of 16 SMEs which is located in Pekalongan, Solo, and Yogyakarta. The general conclusion that there is a variance of efficiency among the SMEs, indicating some SMEs has misallocation or inefficient of application of using worker, mori, wax, dyestuff, water, and fuel in the production process of making stamped batik. Additionally, this study provides output target values for improving the efficiency. Overall, this study gives confirmation of how the DEA approach as the advances and recent development in efficiency analysis can be applied for an effective evaluation of performance in SMEs stamped Batik.
