Platform Design of Online Medical Devices using Java Programming Indah Rizkya, Khalida Syahputri, Norisa Zuhra 2021 5th International Conference on Electrical Telecommunication and Computer Engineering Elticom 2021 Proceedings, 2021 The policy for the implementation of the Community Activities Restrictions (a.k.a PPKM) recently implemented by the government due to the increased of COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia has an impact of the activities restriction. People are experiencing problem to buy all the necessities. Moreover, during this pandemic, various health institutions require large quantity of medical devices, so the design of online medical devices platform application is needed to consider the availability of medical devices are needed quickly. The design of the online medical devices platform done with several programming languages, one of them is the Java programming language. Java was the first programming language that was not tied to any particular hardware or operating system. Java programming language are known as application applied by using Netbeans 2.1. NetBeans IDE also known as an application that is used to create and develop on the Desktop. The result of the study using this application indicates that there are 6 display designs made in the program, including the initial display, the login display by entering the username and password, the list display (for users who do not have an account), the list-item display, the order display and final display.
Application of Fuzzy C-Means in Level Clustering of Traffic Accident Vulnerability K Syahputri, R M Sari, I Rizkya, T A Farhan, O C Syardhi Iop Conference Series Materials Science and Engineering, 2020 Traffic accidents are a serious problem and need the right handling. The high level of traffic accidents is a problem often happened in big cities, especially in the Medan city. Data on traffic accident of 2018 are obtained from the Medan Police Station Unit and from the official website of Badan Pusat Statistika recorded of 1393 traffic accidents with 254 deaths, 721 seriously injured, and 985 slightly injured. Then this data grouped based on the accident road segment and culestered level of vulnerability using the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm. The results of the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm are 13 road segments in vulnerable clusters, 36 road segments in quite vulnerable clusters and 53 road segments in safe clusters. Road segments in vulnerable clusters are marked in red, quite vulnerable clusters are marked in yellow and safe culsters are in green. Data validation obtained by the traffic accident vulnerability clustered by classifying traffic accident data in the first two months of 2019 using the same method, namely the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm, the conformity level of the Fuzzy C-Means resulted of 78,75%.
Facility Layout Redesign with Static Facility Layout Planning (SFLP) and Dynamic Facility Layout Planning (DFLP) at Convection and Computer Embroidery Industry U Tarigan, A Ishak, L S Simanjuntak, I Rizkya, K S Putri, U P P Tarigan Iop Conference Series Materials Science and Engineering, 2020 UD. XYZ is a private company engaged in the convection and computer embroidery industry. This company uses raw materials in the form of fabrics to make various kinds of products such as t-shirts, shirts, training pants, jackets, emblems and various types of clothing. Problems that are being faced by this company is a cross-movement, low efficiency, and layout of facilities that do not consider consumer demand for the product so that it can affect the flow of material and increase material handling costs. Based on these problems, this research was conducted to redesign the layout of facilities with Static Facility Layout Planning (SFLP) and Dynamic Facility Layout Planning (DFLP). The method used in redesigning the layout is software CRAFT (Computerized Relative Allocation of Techniques). After redesigning the facility layout with SFLP, material handling costs amounted to IDR 393,510.01 or a cost reduction of 7.41% while the redesign with DFLP had a total cost amounting to IDR 345,685.11 or a reduction in costs of 18.66%. The results of this study show that the proposed layout chosen is the proposed layout with DFLP.
Production line simulation in fixture product industry Indah Rizkya, Khalida Syahputri, Thalia Amanda 2020 4th International Conference on Electrical Telecommunication and Computer Engineering Elticom 2020 Proceedings, 2020 This paper describes a production line simulation model to obtain information on the production quantity and optimal working hours of fixture products. Many industries experience has various obstacles in producing their products, such as one industry that produces fixture products. This industry often experiences problems in meeting production targets. Simulations are carried out to identify problems on the production floor before repairs are made. Simulations are carried out to duplicate the real system, namely the layout and production flow, so that problems can be found in this system. Production line simulation of fixture products using FlexSim Software. FlexSim is suitable for production, storage and delivery, transportation systems, and other aspects. The results showed that the quantity of the actual system produced 25,4 units per shift the simulation model produced is 25,8 units per shift. Based on the simulation results and actual results do not exceed 1,97%, it can be concluded that the simulation model represents the real condition. The deviation between the simulation and actual results still be tolerated, and it shows a valid simulation model.
Determination of component categories using logic tree analysis I Rizkya, I Siregar, K Siregar Iop Conference Series Materials Science and Engineering, 2020 Sterilizer machine plays important role in crude palm oil. Component machine has an important function to determine a maintenance based on the failure. Component failure is used to determine a correct maintenance. The problem faced by the company today is the high downtime of the sterilizer making machine causes the sterilizer production process to be disrupted. Machine breakdown around 35,66 hours/month. Machine failure analysis using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and the Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) method. The LTA method used to determine priority to each failure mode and to review functions and malfunctions produce categories A (evident), B (safety), C (Economic Problem) and D (Hidden Failure) with the largest percentage for category B. The FMEA method analyse the factors causing component failure and its effect on overall system function by giving a Risk Priority Number value (RPN) based on severity, occurrence, and detection. The FMEA method produces the highest RPN values for 5 components namely IGBT, Mosfet, Bearing Bushing, Rool Former, and V-Block. LTA method shows that B Category has the largest percentage of component category. The result of this research is to categorize component failure and determine the Risk Priority Number for sterilizer machine.
Iventory policy for multi item products by short expiration period A A Nasution, I Rizkya, KSyahpturi, RR Mariana Iop Conference Series Materials Science and Engineering, 2020 Inventory planning is an importantpartin the industry. For industries that produces product with short expiration period, such as the food industry, product expiration period is an important factor that cannot be released in determining the inventory model. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the food industry produce the product has a short expiration period of 3 days. Products that have exceeded the expiration period will be returned to the industry and will bear the product expiration costs. The SMEs obtain the expiration costs of IDR 1,518,800 with a total expired product of 600 units. SMEs have not considered multi-item inventory systems. Order policy conducted by single order system. Therefore, efforts should be made to reduce the quantity of expired products, and find out the optimal order quantity and time of ordering goods together (joint order). The optimal order quantity planned with the EOQ method. The result indicate thatoptimalquantity of orders on lapis legit as many as 60 units,30 units of Caramel, 54 units of Sponge cake, 6 units of Brownies and 108 units of Bika Ambon, frequency of delivery 28 times in a month with a total inventory cost of IDR 4,548,044.
