Deep Learning-Based Predictive Vehicle Fault Detection Using Simulated Multi-Sensor Timeseries Data A.A. Anumol, P. Vijayalakshmi, A. Kingsly Jabakumar, T. Arun, S. Prabhavathy, V. Nithya Proceedings of 2nd International Conference on Visual Analytics and Data Visualization Icvadv 2026, 2026 Conventional vehicle health monitoring still depends on hardware-heavy threshold rules that react only after a fault appears. This work presents a software-only predictive maintenance pipeline that combines convolutional neural networks, bidirectional LSTMs and an attention layer to detect and classify vehicle faults from simulated multi-sensor time-series data. The system runs entirely in Google Colab and reaches <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{9 4 - 9 6 \%}$</tex> classification accuracy, while its remaining useful life head attains a mean absolute error of about <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\pm \mathbf{4. 5}$</tex> cycles. Six deep learning models are trained and compared: three baselines (Bi-LSTM, GRU, 1D-CNN) and three hybrid variants (CNN-LSTM, CNN-BiLSTM, CNN-BiLSTM-Attention). The hybrid CNN-BiLSTM-Attention model improves accuracy over the best baseline by roughly <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$5-6 \%$</tex> and also exposes interpretable attention maps. All models operate on synthetic temperature, vibration and current signals generated for four operating states: Normal, Overheating, Mechanical Fault and Electrical Fault. The best model offers real-time inference of around 50 ms per sample with a footprint of about 1.5 MB, which makes it practical for Industry 4.0 deployments and easy to use in teaching and research without extra hardware.
Facial Skincare Product Recommendation Using Deep Learning Techniques S. Nithyadevi Communications on Applied Nonlinear Analysis, 2025 Skincare products are essential cosmetics, particularly in this day and age. Numerous online retailers offer a wide range of skincare products in their inventory. One issue with online skincare product purchases is that consumers are unable to test the product and must rely on reviews and ratings from other customers. To make this process easier and more effective, an innovative skincare product recommendation system has been developed. The system revolutionizes personalized skincare solutions by seamlessly integrating image processing and advanced deep learning techniques like Efficient Net B0. The system goes beyond traditional classifications, accurately identifying diverse skin types, including normal, oily, dry, sensitive or combination. It also takes a meticulous approach to assess skin tones. Users can effortlessly engage with this system through a user- friendly web interface, where they upload facial images. In return, they receive intricate recommendations tailored not only to their specific skin types but also to address individual concerns such as acne, pigmentation and dark circles. The suggestions provided are comprehensive, spanning a range of products including cleansers, moisturizers, serums and more. The system says the routine to the user. By offering personalized recommendations and valuable skincare routine with an overall accuracy of 92.34%.

Balasaranya Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Edge Computing and Applications Icecaa 2023, 2023 A feature selection approach focuses on lowering the features' dimension while retaining or improving the classifier's predicted accuracy. The importance of the feature selection algorithm increases, particularly in data sets with many variables and features. It will get rid of pointless variables and boost classification performance and accuracy. This article describes the Modified Penguin search algorithm to improve wireless sensor networks' feature selection (MPSA). It handles the forest environment features like temperature, humidity, light intensity, and carbon dioxide in various climatic zones during the morning, afternoon, and night to detect the fire. The objective of the MPSA mechanism is to remove unnecessary features and enhance classification accuracy. The Modified Penguin search algorithm selects the important feature for classification. The proposed system uses the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm to improve the classification performance. The experimental outcomes demonstrate the MPSA is more efficient than the baseline mechanism. The simulation results demonstrate that the MPSA mechanism improves the feature selection accuracy and minimizes the processing time.

Security games based on game theory are used extensively in cyberspace for various levels of security. The contemporary security issues can be modelled and analyzed using game theory as a robust mathematical framework. The attackers, defenders and the adversarial as well as defensive interactions can be captured using game theory. The security games equilibrium evaluation can help understand the attackers' strategies and potential threats at a deeper level for efficient defense. Wireless sensor network (WSN) designs are greatly benefitted by game theory. A deep learning adversarial network algorithm is used in combination with game theory enabling energy efficiency, optimal data delivery and security in a WSN. The trade-off between energy resource utilization and security is balanced using this technique.

So that we are making the agriculture to be smart rather than Hard using Internet of Things. The main objective of these smart devices using NB-IOT makes this field not to be in backlogs. Hence we want to make this field to be more active by using some Internet of things and Machine Learning approaches. Hence we are designing an Intelligent Agriculture Management System using Narrow Band IOT which helps farmers to improve their productivity with latest innovative reforms. Our NB-IOT method uses multiple sensors and considers various environmental factors without wasting resources by using a innovative techniques called precision agriculture.
