Jitendra Kumar Prabhakar
I am a dynamic researcher, holding a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and B.Tech. & M.Tech. from IIT Roorkee. I specialize in heterogeneous catalysis and CO₂ conversion into value-added chemicals and fuels.
My research focuses on enhancing the activity of Ni-based catalysts through the incorporation of Fe, Mn, and their combinations, with a strong emphasis on catalyst design, reactor setup, and reaction engineering & kinetics.
With hands-on experience in advanced characterization techniques (XRD, TEM, XPS, BET, H₂-TPR, CO₂-TPD, etc.) and gas adsorption studies, I have significantly contributed to optimizing catalyst performance for CO₂ hydrogenation and related processes.
