    E3s Web of Conferences, 2023
Cognitive radio networks (CRN) have emerged as a promising technology to address the spectrum scarcity problem by allowing unlicensed users to access the licensed spectrum dynamically. The operation process of CRN involves several steps such as spectrum sensing, spectrum decision, and spectrum sharing. This paper provides information on the model and algorithm developed for researching the operation of cognitive radio networks and describes the results of the research. The model is built in the Matlab software environment, and the relevant results of such processes as occupying channels, detecting spectrum holes, freeing channels, adding noise to signals, and suppressing signals in cognitive radio networks are graphically depicted.

Search and Rescue Robotics is a field of research with practical but promising potential. The use of robotic systems in post-disaster search and rescue operations provides a rapid response to finding victims in a disaster area. Disasters occur suddenly and cause damage to people and property belonging to them. Search and Rescue Robots can be used in a disaster zone for various purposes such as searching for victims, removing rubbles, delivery of supplies, treatment, and evacuation of victims. In recent years, the role of Search and Rescue Robot has been increasing in a post-disaster operations. The contribution of various types of robots in search and rescue operations, such as humanoid robots, aerial robots, marine robots and rescue robots, wheeled and crawler robots, is increasing. In this paper, we develop a multifunctional search and rescue robot system for use in search and rescue operations. With the help of this robot, it is possible to remotely monitor the disaster zone in real-time.
  • About Mutual Impact of LTE and DVB Networks in the 790... 862 MHz Band in the Republic of Uzbekistan
    Botir Khalbaev, Alisher Shakhobiddinov
2020 International Conference on Information Science and Communications Technologies Icisct 2020, 2020
The deployment of new mobile services in the 790 ... 862 MHz band introduces the risk of potential interference to digital terrestrial television receiving equipment. For this reason it is necessary to study coexistence issues between the uppermost TV channels (51...60 CH) and emissions from LTE base stations in the band 791...821 MHz.
  • Impact of tashkent architecture features on weakening of a field strength levels of mobile communication
    Alisher Shakhobiddinov, Alibek Shamsiev
2020 International Conference on Information Science and Communications Technologies Icisct 2020, 2020
Knowing the levels of the distribution patterns of the field strength in urban environments can correctly determine the number of base stations required to provide high-quality mobile communication. High quality of mobile communications, in turn, creates the best conditions for a quick payback on the development of a mobile network. In this article, there are derived the expressions for calculating the attenuation of the field strength of mobile communication stations in the megapolis on the example of the capital of Uzbekistan - Tashkent in the frequency bands 900 and 1800 MHz. Expressions allow to take into account factors that affect the signal attenuation in detail.

In this paper the singularities of electromagnetic wave propagation at their dropping on the boundary of media are considered. Also, the research results of reflectivity coefficients for some materials are given.
  • About Organization of Mobile Communications in Long Car Tunnels
    A. Shakhobiddinov, A. Shamsiev, I. Narzullaev, G Shoniyozov
International Conference on Information Science and Communications Technologies Applications Trends and Opportunities Icisct 2019, 2019
The high demand for mobile services observed in recent years poses a challenge for telecom operators to expand service areas not only in populated areas, but also in places with a specific architecture and terrain. These places include car tunnels. In this article, the authors discuss some issues of mobile communications in long car tunnels. The requirements for the characteristics of a mobile communication channel and some expressions for calculating signal levels inside rectangular tunnels are considered.
