Sharma has done PhD in Management in the year 2009 from Dr. H. S. Gour Central University, Sagar (M.P.). He has completed his MBA in 2002 with Marketing specialization from Sri Govindram Sakseria Institute of Management Research, Devi Ahilya University, Indore, done his BBA(Hons) in Marketing & HRM from Dr. H. S. Gour University, Sagar (M.P.) in 1999.
He is having an experience of 18 years in academics and 2 years of Industry.
He has also conducted various seminars and workshops as coordinators & other capacities including a seminar grant from AICTE & FDP grant from ATAL academy.
He is executive committee member of Bhopal Management Association, Bhopal, Member of Society of Interdisciplinary Research and Technology, Bhopal and invited into committees of Barkatullah University i. e. selection, viva, valuation etc.
He had also completed a research project as principal investigator in the area of Retail Management under the project grant scheme of ICSSR, New Delhi
