It is necessary to provide food security and protection in addition to generating a lot of crops. As a result, the engineers are concentrating on machine learning (ML) technologies that will offer an agricultural field that can be monitored in real-time. This research study has adopted both secondary qualitative and primary quantitative methods. Regarding secondary qualitative, various books, journals and research papers were reviewed. A survey was conducted to gather primary quantitative data. The research outcomes suggested that ML has immense potential to improve supply chain management and embrace sustainable agriculture. Various aspects of ML approaches were identified that directly contribute to agricultural business and supply chain management. Moreover, this research study will provide a brief insight into the applications of ML in the context of sustainable agriculture. By focusing on empirical analysis, this research has provided some evidence of the successful application of ML in agriculture. Moreover, the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of ML were also discussed regarding sustainable agriculture business and improving supply chain management.
