Da BOU
BOU Da is a dedicated academic specializing in English language education and Education. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Education in English from the University of Battambang in 2013, establishing a strong foundation in his field.

From 2014 to 2015, BOU Da pursued additional studies, completing a Bachelor +1 in Higher Education in English at the National Institute of Education in Phnom Penh. This program further refined his expertise in higher education.

In 2017, BOU Da achieved a Master of Arts degree in Battambang, enhancing his academic credentials and contributing to his field of study. He is currently advancing his research at the National University of Battambang, Cambodia, with a focus on Educational Management.

Through his work, BOU Da is committed to improving educational practices and management, aiming to significantly impact the development of educational systems and policies in Cambodia.

    Research is the main key strategy to national growth and global competitiveness, so Cambodia's educational institutions find themselves at a turning point. This chapter explores creative techniques, including specialized training and cooperative research environments, using case studies of specific universities. Creating a framework that promotes research techniques for expanding Cambodian higher education institutions, fostering innovation, and promoting economic and social development should take the front stage in recommendations to policymakers.
