Solution of Caputo Generalized Bagley–Torvik Equation Using the Tarig Transform Lata Chanchlani, Manisha, D. L. Suthar, S. D. Purohit Journal of Applied Mathematics, 2026 A fractional‐order differential equation called the Bagley–Torvik equation describes the behavior of viscoelastic damping. We employed the newly defined Tarig transform in this study to find the analytic solution to the Caputo generalized Bagley–Torvik equation. Furthermore, as special examples, solutions to some specific Bagley–Torvik‐type problems have been obtained. As the solutions acquired by this method coincide well with those obtained by previous methods, the Tarig transform is an efficient, simple method with a high level of accuracy.
Fractional Lotka–Volterra equations by fractional reduced differential transform method Pratibha Manohar, Lata Chanchlani, Vikram Kumar, S.D. Purohit, D.L. Suthar Partial Differential Equations in Applied Mathematics, 2024 The Lotka–Volterra model arising in biology for simulating interactions between two species is considered in the paper with fractional order derivatives in Caputo sense. Two cases of the model are solved numerically using fractional reduced differential transform method (FRDTM). In both the cases, the predator and prey populations are computed for different fractional orders, over a range of time and absolute errors are studied for integer order. The results are presented in the form of tables and graphs depicting accuracy of the FRDTM and its agreement with the model’s dynamics.
q-ANALOGUE OF HILFER-KATUGAMPOLA FRACTIONAL DERIVATIVES AND APPLICATIONS Ishfaq Ahmad Mallah, Lata Chanchlani, Subhash Alha South East Asian Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2023 A novel qp-variant of the q−Mittag-Leffler function and a quantum analogue pDAlpha,β a±,q of the Hilfer-Katugampola fractional derivative are defined. Then, generalizations of the q−Taylor's formula and the q−differential transform and its inverse are obtained using the operator pDAlpha,β a±,q. Additionally, a few properties of the newly defined q-differential transform are established. Finally, three proposed fractional q-difference equations are solved to show the effectiveness of the transform.
Applications of Elzaki decomposition method to fractional relaxation-oscillation and fractional biological population equations Lata Chanchlani, Mohini Agrawal, Rupakshi Mishra Pandey, Sunil Dutt Purohit, D. L. Suthar Applied Mathematics in Science and Engineering, 2023 Elzaki decomposition method (EDM) is adopted to deal with the fractional-order relaxation and damped oscillation equation along with time-fractional spatial diffusion biological population model in different suitable habitat situations. In accordance with the graphs for the solutions obtained, the fractional relaxation exhibits super-slow phenomenon due to its extended descent, and fractional damped oscillation is an intermediate process that explains damped oscillation dynamic systems induced by some attenuated oscillations. The biological population model of time-fractional spatial diffusion depicts a rapid rise in population density in an ecosystem in a suitable habitat that is migrating from an unfavourable zone.
