  • Assessment of Integration of PV System with Grid
Ashpin Pabi D J, Kasturi Sai Sandeep, Sai Rama Krishna Indarapu, Surendar Kumar S, Deeksha Verma, Takveer Singh
4th IEEE International Conference on Power Electronics and Iot Applications in Renewable Energy and Its Control Parc 2026, 2026
Interactive photovoltaic (PV) systems connected to the electric grid offer a powerful approach to harnessing solar energy while utilizing existing grid infrastructure. This paper summarizes the literature surrounding interactive PV grid systems, reviewing system components and architecture, performance loss evaluation, economic consideration, environmental impacts, the necessary grid integration, and the future of interactive PV grid systems. The system components and architecture present an overview of the relevant system components accounting for PV grid interaction such as solar panels, inverters, grid connection, energy storage elements, and control architecture. Performance loss evaluation of interactive PV grid systems have been examined in terms of PV efficiency, energy yield, power quality, and reliability. The economic consideration of interactive PV grid systems looks at the capital costs, operational costs, revenue generation, and returns on investments. The environmental impact of PV grid system operation includes possible carbon footprint reduction and land occupation. Finally, grid integration consideration of the current literature encompasses different aspects such as voltage stability, frequency stability, and grid codes. The future of interactive PV grid systems includes a discussion on energy storage, advance control algorithms, cyber security, and modernized grid system opportunities. The aforementioned literature review will assist the reader in completing their understanding of interactive PV system connected to the electric grid and its possible role within a sustainable energy future.

Fake news has immense impact in our modern society. The widespread dissemination of false news has the potential to have highly damaging consequences for both individuals and society. As the readers come across many fake news when they come across a real news, they believe that it could be another fake news. The aim of this project is to perform a comparative analysis of three algorithms (Multinomial Naive Bayes, Passive Aggressive Classifier and Decision Tree Classifier) using Natural Language Processing techniques to develop a solution that users can use to identify false or misleading information. As Passive Aggressive Classifier gave the best results, prediction is done using this classifier.
  • An efficient approach for motion detection in video surveillance and enhance the video quality

Communications in Computer and Information Science, 2016
In recent studies video surveillance become an important task for identifying the motion detection (moving objects) to avoid the burglars in home security systems. Most of the video surveillance systems works on algorithms like background image subtraction, double background filter (DBF), optical flow method for motion detection where video is recorded by digital video recorder when an moving object is identified to save the memory, but in due process some frames are missed even moving objects are identified as they are treated as stable objects (without considering the minor movement in objects under threshold value), here we propose a method to integrate background image subtraction and double background filtering with morphological dilations to identify the moving objects and enhance the video quality by using the trained filters to improve the low quality frames.
