She was a visiting scholar at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) from 2023 to 2025. She holds a master's degree in Applied Linguistics (UFRJ/1993), a doctorate in Letters (PUC-Rio /2007), and a postdoctorate in Literary Studies (UFF/2017). She is a researcher in the Graduate Program in Literature (UERJ), specializing in Literary Studies, working in the research area “Literature: translation and (trans)cultural and intersemiotic Among her main bibliographic productions are Autotradução: breve história, razões, consequências, práticas (EdUERJ, 2019) e Respeito pelo original: João Ubaldo Ribeiro e a autotradução (Annablume, 2009). She is an external member of the FORTRALIT project (Training translators: experimenting with literary translation).
