Rise of Explainable and Generative Aidriven Cyber and Information Security, 2026
This manuscript surveys the transformative convergence of Generative AI (GenAI) and Explainable AI (XAI) in cybersecurity, addressing computational democratization and evolving threats like polymorphic malware 2.0, LLM-chaining, deepfakes, and adversarial poisoning. Through systematic review of 2022-2025 literature, it analyzes GenAI applications in SOCs such as dynamic playbooks, LLM threat hunting, GAN synthetic data—and critiques XAI limitations (e.g., SHAP latency), proposing neuro-symbolic hybrids and federated frameworks. Hardware innovations like AI-driven Trojan detection and PUFs are evaluated alongside taxonomies for unified paradigms. Findings reveal enhanced detection accuracy and interpretability, yet gaps in real-time scalability persist. Future directions emphasize causal reasoning, adversarial robustness, and regulatory compliance for trustworthy cyber defense.
  • Development of a Real-time Driver’s Drowsiness Detection System Using MediaPipe Face Mesh

International Journal of Engineering and Manufacturing, 2025
Recently, accidents caused by drowsy driving have emerged as a significant concern for society, often resulting in severe consequences for victims, including fatalities.Lives are the most valuable asset in the world and deserve greater safety on the road.Given the urgency, it is essential to develop an effective drowsiness detection system that can identify drowsiness in drivers and take necessary steps to alert them before any unfortunate incident occurs.Dlib and MediaPipe Face Mesh have shown promising results. However, most previous studies have relied solely on blinking patterns to detect drowsiness, while some have combined blinking with yawning patterns. The proposed research focuses on creating a straightforward drowsy driver detection system using Python, incorporating OpenCV and MediaPipe Face Mesh. The shape detector provided by MediaPipe Face Mesh assists in finding critical facial coordinates, allowing for the calculation of the driver's eye aspect ratio, mouth aspect ratio, and head tilt angle from video input. The system's performance evaluation utilizes standardized public datasets and real-time video footage.Notably, in both scenarios, the system exhibited remarkable recognition accuracy.A performance comparison was undertaken, demonstrating the proposed method's effectiveness. The proposed system has the potential to enhance travel safety and efficiency when integrated with vehicles' supplementary safety features and automation technology.
  • Blockchain technology is revolutionizing the pharmaceutical industry's drug supply chain management

Counterfeit pharmaceuticals provide a serious challenge to the pharmaceutical business, resulting in large financial losses and putting patient health at risk. To address this issue, a strong system for tracking and tracing medicine delivery throughout the supply chain process is required. Because of its ability to properly handle and track the supply chain, blockchain technology has emerged as a potential solution. The installation of a unique blockchain-based pharmaceutical supply chain management system is the topic of this report. In the smart pharmaceutical business, the suggested solution uses Hyperledger Fabric, a blockchain platform, to continually monitor and trace the drug delivery process. The method improves supply chain visibility, reduces the risk of counterfeit medications, and promotes patient safety by using the transparency and security provided by blockchain technology. The study addresses the implementation of the blockchain-based medicine supply chain management module and provides test results to evaluate the system's effectiveness and usability. Pharmaceutical firms may strengthen their supply chain procedures and address the issues posed by counterfeit medications by implementing blockchain technology.
  • A comprehensive study to assist decision-makers in determining software design between four UML diagrams

UML is a graphical language that allows software engineers and developers to design, describe, and represent software systems. While UML cannot be defined as a programming language, it provides graphical representations which help software developers in understanding various results of programs or defects. UML diagrams are essential in software engineering as they offer a standardized approach for visually expressing system design and behavior. A clear and well-defined visual representation of the code's structure and flow allows developers to effectively allocate resources, set work priorities, and improve the overall efficiency of the development process. The interdependence of these diagrams requires their consistency, as any discrepancies may result in problems during software development processes that depend on them. Establishing defined consistency criteria and recognizing, analyzing, and resolving any differences is essential. This research study investigates the enhancement of software design by strategically choosing UML (Unified Modelling Language) diagrams, with a specific focus on Class, Sequence, Use Case, and Activity diagrams. This study aims to determine the advantages and suitable uses of each diagram form to improve the clarity and effectiveness of the design process. The study evaluates the strengths of different diagrams in various settings and contexts. It offers advice to assist in selecting the most appropriate diagram depending on specific design criteria. In our study, we provide a comprehensive analysis of the UML diagram. Also, we provide a decision-making method. The decision-makers will choose a suitable diagram for their project by following the phases.

The issue of drowsiness while operating a motor vehicle is an increasingly common occurrence that has been found to contribute significantly to a substantial number of fatal accidents annually. The urgency of the current situation necessitates implementing a solution to mitigate accidents and fatalities. The present study aims to investigate a less intricate and less expensive but remarkably efficient approach for detecting drowsiness in drivers, in contrast to the existing complex systems developed for this purpose. This paper focuses on developing a simple drowsy driver detection system utilizing the Python programming language and integrating the OpenCV and Dlib models. The shape detector provided by Dlib is employed to accurately determine the spatial coordinates of the facial landmarks within the given video input. This enables the detection of drowsiness by monitoring various factors such as the aspect ratios of the eyes, mouth, and the angle of head tilt. The performance evaluation of the system under consideration is conducted through the utilization of standardized public datasets and real-time video footage. When tested with dataset image inputs, the system showed exceptional recognition accuracy. The performance comparison is done to show the efficacy of the proposed approach. Traveling can be made safer and more effective by combining the proposed system with additional safety features and automation technology in cars.
