Pearl Bipin Pulickal is an Indian data scientist, researcher, and inventor originally from Porvorim, Goa. Educated in Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.Tech.) at NIT Goa, he has built a strong interdisciplinary foundation, combining mathematics, AI/ML, and signal processing in his research work. His technical projects include work on sound classification without neural networks, novel logic systems, and investigations into the limits of Moore’s Law. Alongside his engineering interests, Pearl pursues philosophical and spiritual inquiry. Developed a custom clustering machine learning model from scratch for anomaly detection, achieving 96% accuracy without relying on standard ML packages.

Managed and processed a substantial 12 GB dataset of CSV files, demonstrating proficiency in handling large-scale data.

Analyzed, visualized, and pre-processed an 86 GB underwater bioacoustic WAV dataset.

Achieved 88% accuracy in marine biodiversity estimation using Acoustic Complexity Index (ACI), Acoustic Evenness Index (AEI), Amplitude Ratio (AR), and Sound Pressure Level root mean square (SPLrms) parameters.
