Assist. Prof. Dr. Mohammed A. Abdala has Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering (UK, 1991). Head of Medical Instruments Engineering Department at Al-Hussain College, Iraq. Has more than 30 years of academic experience in Networking, Microelectronics, & Software Engineering. Published more than 45 scientific papers & currently conducts research in the areas of Genetic and PSO Algorithms, Pattern Recognition, WSN & Wireless Ad Hoc Networks, and SDN Networks. Supervised over 60 Ph.D. & M.Sc. theses and examined over 100 M.Sc. & Ph.D. theses. Senior Member of IEEE (SMIEEE) & Iraqi Engineers Union. Editor-in-Chief of i-manager’s Journal on Information Technology (JIT) in India and Editorial Board member of several journals in Italy, India and Iraq.
