S. Priyadharshini is a researcher in the Department of Computer Applications at Alagappa University, pursuing her Ph.D. in the field of Digital Image Processing, with a particular focus on mineral classification using hyperspectral imaging. She holds a B.Sc. in CS (2014) and an M.C.A. (2017) from Alagappa University, where she secured the university's first rank in both programs, earning the Dr. Kasi Nagappan Endowment Gold Medal for her academic excellence. She also completed an M.Phil. in CS (2018), achieving third rank at the university and publishing her research in a reputed journal. Previously, she served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Vidhyaa Giri College of Arts and Science, TN, gaining significant teaching experience. An active member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), she has recently communicated a detailed survey paper on hyperspectral imaging to an SCI-indexed journal, contributing to advancements in her field.
