    The frequency, severity and sophistication of cybersecurity incidents are increasing, demonstrating that the next generation of cybersecurity risks cannot be fully mitigated by technological security controls alone. To increase cybersecurity in this age, end users must practice excellent cyber hygiene. According to the research, social culture has an impact on reducing cybersecurity risk. Since the majority of research on the topic is conducted in other nations, such findings could not apply to India because of its distinct societal culture. There is little research on how users of important assets behave in terms of cybersecurity. This study made an effort to fill the aforementioned research gap, and it was effective in creating a framework that enhances the cybersecurity behaviour of smart device users.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning with Predictive HR Analytics: Machine Learning Insights and Techniques

    Predictive HR analytics is another aspect of strategic workforce planning that this research paper focuses on as complemented by machine learning. Employing the two large datasets obtained from Kaggle, the paper undertakes an analysis of primary selected employee attributes to make Workforce forecasts with the intention of fostering better choices within corporations. These findings show that machine learning models can predict employee turnover, job satisfaction and many other important factors of HRM enabling managers to allocate organizational resources in the most efficient manner. It indicates that this approach of employing available data leads to better strategies so that businesses stay relevant and proactive in an increasingly competitive environment. The study also opens up path for future studies and suggest that one can explore newer and more sophisticated machine learning algorithms and can also integrate real time data in order to enhance prediction accuracy and cover wider area of businesses.

    Artificial intelligence is implemented with more possibilities with existence of management procedures and organizational structures using significant transformations. Decision making process and organizational structures in the companies completely depend on AI. Based on AI digitization technology Backpropagation Neural Network used to construct the salary prediction model that are subjected to Nadam approach (Nesterov and Adaptive Moment Estimation) is used for enhancing the accuracy of consumer psychology. The present study focusses on the novel artificial intelligence-based enterprise management for understanding digital technologies and consumer psychology. AI capabilities are utilized businesses are concentrated more for consumer emotions, preferences and consumer behaviour optimized using algorithm for enhanced customer satisfaction and marketing strategies. Digital technology is integrated with effective enterprise management by the companies for adapting market dynamics evolved rapidly. The study explores the AI driven model for consumer psychology by contributing advancements in management practices of enterprises in the digital era.

    The environmental consumption in the businesses related to discharge of waste into water land and air as well as the working conditions of the employees at the workplace are considered best interest for the public. Because of the marketing considerations pressure of public and competitive environment the parameters are required to do so by laws and regulations, businesses attempt to minimize or mitigate the negative effects that are associated with the value generating processes. These upgrades are frequently included in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Many businesses establish CSR goals for themselves that are measured against a specific standard. By doing this, the businesses can identify the areas that need improvement, track their advancement, use various approaches the steps are developed for further improvement in the situation. Few of these indicators are influenced by the digitalization of technologies, and as this field of study advances, there are more ways to lessen the negative effects. It is commonly overlooked how much room digitization has to improve CSR metrics. Investment in area of application may be justified for big data potential and analytics and the generation of corporate social responsibility report under the various parameters are evaluated in the research study. The novelty of the present study is using big data analytics in CSR report through the designed framework for collection of data and big data capabilities for the creationof sustainable healthy environment globally.

    The incorporation of machine learning tactics into commercial procedures heralds a paradigm-shifting period in which enterprises harness cutting-edge technology to maximise productivity, cultivate flexibility, as well as elevate client experiences. This paper examines the many applications of machine learning, demonstrating its contribution to automation, increased productivity, and customized client experiences. In terms of methodology, to comprehend the complex relationships between business processes and machine learning, an interpretivist approach is used. Using a framework for deductive reasoning, the study uses secondary data sources, such as academic journals and case studies, to confirm as well as enhance preexisting beliefs. The investigation reveals machine learning's analytical strength in identifying recurring patterns and patterns, its critical function in automation to free up human resources for strategic projects, and its forecasting power for resource optimization. Machine learning integrated into business processes provides a flexible toolkit that can be tailored to satisfy the demands of individual organizations. The case studies of Amazon, Google, and Netflix provide empirical evidence that supports the practical application of machine learning in optimizing operations, improving user experiences, and promoting and cultivating consumer loyalty.   • Federated Learning for Privacy-Preserving Healthcare Data Analysis in the Age of Cybersecurity Threats

The reason for the organized assessments was to assess their performance in terms of accuracy, evidence coverage and communication speed. This article provides a comparative evaluation to help practitioners select the most appropriate algorithm for clinical reasoning applications. The results show that FedAvg-W achieves much higher accuracy than other algorithms especially when used in locations with varying data attributes implying that it can adapt to the changes. In relation to this, a method called FedAdapt mixes quickly while maintaining high accuracy by way of dynamically changing learning rate limits with respect to particular instances of distribution information. A secure aggregation framework based on homomorphic encryption guarantees exact compliance. The review provides subtle experiences into space-related works, such as health informatics and federated learning.     Protection of networks, programs and systems from cyberattacks is the practice of cybersecurity technology. The cyberattacks are capable of gaining access for deleting or altering of data that are sensitive, demanding money from the users and obstruction of regular operations of corporates. In the present situation many devices are getting smarter than that of the hackers and humans that makes the tasks difficult for implementing the measures of cybersecurity. In terms of cyber security, the ability of collecting huge amount of data is known as big data analytics. The functions are performed through displaying, interpretation and extraction of the insights of future that can enable early detection of catastrophic cyber threats and attacks. Organizations can better understand all the activities and acts that could potentially result in cyber-attacks by having a stronger and more effective cyber defensive posture. As offices became more remote, cloud computing became crucial for gaining access to important documents, programs, and computing resources. Although connection can be both a benefit and a curse, as easily accessible files can become an easy target for hostile actors, we expect the global economy to transfer even more into the cloud over time. Therefore, efforts in strengthening cybersecurity measures are vital to safeguard distant vaults of sensitive data. The management depends on a combination of technology and advice to secure the cloud. It involves managing the framework, information applications, safe-secure guidelines, consistency leads, and secure infrastructure data applications that pertain to cloud computing. The same principles that underpin security for modern cloud computing platforms and historic knowledge centers are secrecy, integrity, and usability. The novel method of DDoS attack detection is proposed.

  • Investigation of Auto Emotional Detection of Health Professionals Based on Bio Information Data Analytics

    Emotion detection is an important aspect in healthcare industries. Effective analysis of emotion detection helps in analyses patient's mental state, psychological state, disease progression rate etcetera. Emotion detection is also required for healthcare professionals (doctors and nurses). Automatic emotion detection is usually done with different technologies such as AI technology, multimodal system, pattern recognition, signal analysis, audio-visual analysis etcetera. The present research analyses the most effective technology for auto-emotion detection among all the technologies. The survey-based statistical analysis has been done in this research with 53 participants from different healthcare sectors of the United Kingdom. The data shows that AI-based multimodal system and Pattern recognition using Electrocardiogram and Electroencephalogram are the most effective technologies for automatic-emotion detection. The analysis also showed that emotion-detection is necessary for healthcare professionals and this analysis helps in enhancing patient's recovery rate by analysing their mental state.
