Independent Marine Research Consultant
Septem Maria

I am an independent marine biologist and scientific fisheries observer with over seven years of international experience in marine ecological research, biological sampling, and fisheries monitoring. My work spans the South Atlantic and Mediterranean, with extensive involvement in data collection, species identification, and ecological assessments aboard commercial and research vessels. I hold a Master's degree in Marine Biology and Ecology, and my expertise includes stock assessment support, cephalopod and finfish sampling, and compliance monitoring under both ICCAT and the Falkland Islands Fisheries Department. Currently based in Southern Europe, I am open to scientific collaboration in marine ecology, sustainable fisheries, and applied field research.
