Graduate at Engenharia Elétrica from Federal University of Mato Grosso (2000), Specialist in Public Management from Federal University of Tocantins (2013), master's at Electric Engineering from University of São Paulo (2003) and Phd at Electric Engineering from University of Brasilia (2009). Has experience in Electric Engineering, focusing on Electrical Power Systems, acting on the following subjects: parameters identification, power system dinamic estability, state stimation, power system observability. He is currently Associate Professor at the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT) in the Department of Computer Science. He was Coordinator of the Undergraduate Program in Computer Science at the UFT from 2009 to 2011, in Electrical Enginerring ath the 2011 to 2013. He was Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs and Community in the Federal University of Tocantins (2012-2015), He was coordinator of the Specialization Course on Development of High Complexity Computational Systems (2010-2018),
