Mekar Karya Agung, member of Young Lecturer of the College of Economics (STIE) Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi, Director of CV. Mangapul Sejati, Broker-Dealer Representatives in Indonesian Stock Exchange.   • Strategic Intelligence And Organization Development Through Entrepreneurial Behavior Mediation

    Excellence increating competitive opportunities in enhancing internal strengths such as entrepreneurial behavior with strategic intelligence has forced entrepreneurs to constantly analyze their environment.By building awareness of opportunities and risks in the surrounding environment, strategic intelligence increases the effectiveness of organization development inNorth Sumatra SMEs.This study aims to determine the effect of strategic intelligence and organization development through the mediation of entrepreneurial behavior in North SumatraSMEs.The targeted population in this study are all MSMEs registered with the MSME Service.A total of 200 MSME entrepreneurs were selected from a total of 694 populations based onstratified sampling using the Cochran formula.Inferential statistics were obtained using the SmartPLS software.The results of the study found that strategic intelligence has an effect onentrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial behavior has an effect on organization development, financial intelligence has an effect on entrepreneurial behavior, and financial intelligence has an effect on organization development.The results of this study can improve individual entrepreneurial behavior and decision-making processes to create competitive advantages and innovations that will bring progress and organizational development.
  • Strategy for Palm Oil Company Management to Overcoming Environmental Pollution: Findings from IFAS-EFAS and GE Matrix Analysis

    This research aims to analyze the strategies of palm oil companies in dealing with environmental pollution in Indonesia.The method used is IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) analysis, and the GE (General Electric) matrix based on data from 18 palm oil companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as well as surveys of various stakeholders.The analysis results show that palm oil companies are in the Vb quadrant in the GE matrix, which indicates market attractiveness on a medium scale.Recommended strategies include maintaining market position through selective investment in green technologies, improving operational efficiency, and careful risk management.This research also identifies the importance of integrating environmental costs into corporate strategy, increasing transparency, and strengthening collaboration with stakeholders.Palm oil companies need to adopt a cautious yet proactive strategic approach in addressing environmental issues to maintain their stability and competitive position in the market, while meeting regulatory demands and enhancing long-term sustainability.

    Sustainable and stable growth is of great importance in increasing the level of development and welfare in the world.It is determined that there are many factors affecting financial well-being and quality of life.These factors pose different challenges, especially in increasing the level of welfare.As a result of new areas of activity that may arise within North Cyprus, it is seen that ecosystems need to be created or improved.In this way, a different economic management approach than today needs to be adopted and used.The economic management functions required for the structural transformation agenda to be realised in North Cyprus economy should be defined.For this reason, the issue of price stability and growth is among the most important issues that macroeconomic policy cares about and on which discussions and research are carried out.Inflation is among the variables that can be a determinant of economic growth.In this study, the relationship between inflation and economic growth of North Cyprus was examined based on the period between 2000-2022.In this context, the inflation and economic growth relationship was discussed, and the relationship between the two variables was revealed through financial analysis.The reason for choosing North Cyprus in the research is to reveal the relationships between these two phenomena that affect the financial markets for the country that does not have financial and political recognition.In the study, the ADF Unit Root Test was performed to determine whether the series were stationary.When the causality relationship between the stationary inflation and economic growth variables was examined, it was determined that there was a one-way causality relationship between economic growth and inflation.
  • Cryptocurrency Prospect in the International Market: Present Value Management and Islamic Perspective

    Cryptocurrency is an investment commodity that can generate returns and already has a license to trade in exchange. This study aims to examine the prospects of digital cryptocurrency assets more deeply by summarising the results of literature studies in various countries. As a result of this study, it is known that many countries whose governments make strict regulations on support for legality and allow cryptocurrency transactions include: European Union members, namely Germany and Italy, and non-member countries of the European Union, such as Gibraltar. Furthermore, in the Americas, there are Canada and Venezuela. In East Asia and the Asia Pacific, Australia and Japan support the existence of Cryptocurrency. Meanwhile, in Southeast Asian countries, there are contradictions between several countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, that reject cryptocurrency transactions because they are considered threats to money laundering and the problem of terrorism. Of course, this is a prospect that cryptocurrency transactions can meet the expectations of all users in the world by making regulations regarding the legality of Cryptocurrency so that the transaction model can be integrated between users, both as an asset and a substitute for international payment currencies.

In each of the continents scattered in the world, some countries support the existence of cryptocurrency as an investment asset and a means of payment. As a result of this study, it is known that many countries whose governments make strict regulations on support for legality and allow cryptocurrency transactions include: European Union members, namely Germany and Italy, and non-member countries of the European Union, such as Gibraltar. Furthermore, in the Americas, there are Canada and Venezuela. In East Asia and the Asia Pacific, Australia and Japan support the existence of cryptocurrency. Meanwhile, in Southeast Asian countries, there are contradictions between several countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, that reject cryptocurrency transactions because they are considered threats to money laundering and the problem of terrorism. However, Singapore and Thailand will protect cryptocurrency investors in their countries and ensure legal regulations for cryptocurrency transactions as investment assets and legal means of payment transactions. Investments in digital currencies or cryptocurrencies are increasingly prevalent worldwide and are supported by significant price increases. Of course, this is a prospect that cryptocurrency transactions can meet the expectations of all users in the world by making regulations regarding the legality of cryptocurrency, so that the transaction model can be integrated between users, both as an asset and a substitute for international payment currencies.
  • The Influence of Blue Accounting, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Stakeholders Influence Capacity on Financial Performance

    This study aims to determine the effect of green accounting, blue accounting, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and stakeholders influence capacity on financial performance. The sample in this study was the Maritime sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2022. In drawing samples, the author used a purposive sampling technique, namely a sample selection method based on certain criteria. The data used were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange publication and the official website of each company. This study used 24 samples with 2 years of observation so that the total was 48 observations with multiple linear regression estimation of panel data. The results showed that the green accounting variable was negative and insignificant on financial performance, blue accounting had a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, corporate social responsibility had a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, stakeholders influence capacity had a positive and significant effect on financial performance.
  • The Effect of Creative Self-Efficacy, Training and Development on Employee Performance Through Mediation: Innovative Work Behavior and Moderation: Digital Literacy at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Archipelago Province

    The development of technology and information in the digital era currently requires digital competence to be able to improve employee performance.Digital literacy is an important element in order to improve digital competencies for employees, especially in order to encourage the emergence of employee creative and innovative ideas.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creative self-efficacy, training, and development of employee performance through innovative work behavior as intervening and digital literacy as a moderating variable.Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 357 civil servants who worked at the Riau Islands Provincial Secretariat.The research uses a qualitative and quantitative approach.The data analysis method used is a structural equation model using a smart-pls device.The results of the study obtain, the first efficacy of self-creative and training & development directly has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior.Second, creative self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while training & development and innovative work behavior does not have a significant effect on employee performance.Third, innovative work behavior does not mediate the influence of creative self-efficacy and training & development of employee performance.The four digital literacies do not moderate the influence of innovative work behavior on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of the Province of Riau Islands.The results of this study recommended practitioners and leaders in the Regional Secretary of the Riau Islands Province to be able to improve innovative work behavior and also digital literacy through training, workshops and seminars in order to improve employee digital competencies.In addition, it also needs to add assets and digital devices to support employees to be able to improve organizational performance.
