Cintra Advocacia

I’m a Brazilian attorney based in São Carlos–SP and the founder/owner of Cintra Advocacia. Since 2015, I’ve worked as an independent lawyer in multidisciplinary civil matters, with a strong focus on family and succession, real estate, environmental, corporate, tax, administrative, and electoral work, always prioritizing excellence and highly personalized service. Before my legal practice, I served in the Brazilian Army (2007–2015) as a 1st Lieutenant of Cavalry. I commanded the Support Company at the Ibirapuera Administration and Support Base, leading more than 470 personnel, and also worked as a Public Affairs/Communications Officer and chaired a selection commission for the Armed Forces in São Paulo.

EDUCATION

My education is built to connect law, territory, and practical outcomes. I earned my LL.B. in 2012 and, in the same year, completed a specialization in Politics & Strategy. In 2015, I deepened my technical foundation with a specialization in Real Estate Law at PUC-SP. In 2017, I completed an M.Sc. in Territorial Development and the Environment at UNIARA, expanding my lens to land use, public policy, and environmental constraints. Today, I am a Ph.D. candidate in Territorial Development and the Environment at UNIARA, with expected completion in 2027. Along the way, I added applied qualifications that strengthen my work: anti–money laundering training (COAF/UIF, 2019) and court expert certification (CRECI/SP, 2020).
