Dr. Monish P is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Commerce at St. Xavier's Arts and Science College, Calicut, Kerala. He completed his post-graduation in Commerce from Calicut University, Kerala. Later, he qualified for NET, JRF, and Kerala SET in Commerce. He obtained his Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

He has 15 publications in international journals and has presented 32 papers at various national and international conferences. Additionally, he has completed four online courses in Human Resource Management from universities outside India, including the University of Michigan (USA), the University of Minnesota (USA), Macquarie University (Australia), and The State University of New York (USA).

Dr. Monish P is the editor of the book Multidisciplinary Approach in Research, published in Sweden. He also serves as a reviewer for three international journals and he has received the Best Research Scholar Award and best paper awards.
